This review is regarding their website I will simply tell you the facts and let you decide. Placed order for shoes 1/28/2024. 1/29/2024 got a message from the owner stating my size would be available in 2 weeks. I agreed to go ahead with that. 2/16/2024 I get a message from owner stating that my delivery was now pushed back to mid June, 2024. I need these shoes to walk in the the rain and cold weather where I live. 2/16/2024 I asked him for more information and no reply. Since he still has my money for the shoes on 2/17/2024 I sent two e-mails asking for a size smaller that he indicated back on 1/29/2024 he had in stock. 2/19/2024 I still have not heard anything back. So I tried to call the customer service phone number on his website, but I got the following message, "the number you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time." Conclusion: It has been over two weeks since I placed my internet order for a pair of shoes, of which my size was listed in the options. I was led to believe the shoes were in stock. I still have no shoes and now I can't seem to get a response from anyone.

I just had an EXCELLENT customer experience at Bida Shoes! Their shoe salesman, Marco was more like a shoe consultant who listened, then suggested and informed me on the available options for my elderly mother. The type of “white glove” service I received there from everyone there was truly rare! I recommend them to anyone and everyone! Awesome service all the way around…

My husband requires size 14 5 - 6 E shoes and I have been going crazy trying to find some, ordering on line several pairs at a time, trying them on, him not liking them, having to return them ETC! Then magically I surf for the same thing I have been doing except THIS TIME Bida Wide Width Shoes shows up and he is close to me! What a GIFT, blessing, glorious experience! Not only did Ed fulfill his promise to have tons of shoes to fit my husband, but he also made our day as bright as it could be with his humor, attention, kindness and TRUE interest in helping us reach our goal! There are SO MANY shoes everywhere and so MANY more in the back. GO to Bida you will be smiling for ages!

I’ve always had a problem finding shoes that fit because of my wide feet. I’ve been to Dick’s and all the other large shoe stores with no success. Today I found the best shoe store I’ve ever been to. Their staff and selection was 2nd to none. I ended up buying 3 pairs because they all fit so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for many years to come. 5 stars from me!! ??

I wear a size 14 and flat footed. So it's hard to find shoes but this place doesn't disappoint. This place specializes in big feet and the staff is always willing to help. I also like the fact that you can try on the shoe and not go through the whole having to send it back ordering online. THANKS Bida!!

If I can give Esther 10-stars, I would. I've never (impulse) bought shoes as fast as 10 minutes. I trusted her and she delivered on her expertise. Yeah, these guys are my go to now for shoes. Shoppers, trust her, she doesn't measure, but she knows how to allow you to experience what fits you comfortably. Super-Recommended!!

I have bought 6 or 7 pairs of shoes from this store. I keep meaning to write a review. They are an independent retailer that understands what service is all about. That wouldnt mean much if they did not have a great selection and awesome prices. But they have BOTH of these things. It feels good to shop there and I ALWAYS find a good pair of shoes. I should also mention that I am a EEE and have a terrible time finding shoes normally.
