Honestly they have very good washing machines, but most of them stay broken half the time and even the dryers. I've been coming here for over 20 years during my laundry only because it's convenient it's near to where I live. To be honest most of the washing machines if you put your clothes inside you don't find out until later you can't use that one You have to move your clothes into another machine and sometimes the dryers are the same thing or you sit there for over 45 minutes waiting for your clothes to dry and they don't dry they cold as when you put them in there so you have to put them in another machine and braid that it works. The owners used to care about this place and they used to fix things right away but that doesn't happen anymore and I don't know why. From what I heard they opened up another laundry mat in another location, they need to do better because people in this vicinity of this laundromat do care I'm just putting the word out to how I feel about what's going on now and it's been going on for a long time You don't see all the regular people anymore because they got tired of it and they just moved on to another laundromat, I don't blame them. I definitely would not recommend anyone coming here because you will definitely be disappointed in some way and I don't want my name to say I recommended you here. I try and give an honest opinion of places that I go, I live by the rule of if you don't want my opinion don't ask me cuz I'm going to tell you the truth. So Google asked and I'm telling you.

The girl's attention is excellent Mariana and Brenda are kind and help me a lot, the laundry is kept very clean, good prices, the only problem is the very bad washing machines, they are always causing problems and sometimes the water smells bad like a pipe. I should change I have been coming here for 10 years and they are the same

I wanted to try Lundry's service here for the first time and they left all my clothes with black stains. When I called the owner, a man named Frank, he told me first that it was because I dyed my hair and then he told me that it was my fault that I wore my clothes full of slime and that's why I had black sparks! Don't ever risk your clothes in this place! totally incoherent!!!!

This place is the worst because today the machines leave a horrible rotten smell on the clothes, the dryers don't even have steam. They should maintain the place because it is horrible to spend your money for pleasure. For my part, I am not coming again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

On Monday the 27th of month 3 I came with my wife to wash the clothes and the washing machine had a stink of rotten water. I told a woman who works there and she told me that this happens all the time and you have to smell the machines before using them. I took the time to smell them and almost all of them had the same smell.

A costumer brought a speaker inside playing loud music, he saw me covering my ears but didn't care, and I asked the worker there if she could ask him to turn it down and she wouldn't. I ended up having to wait outside for my clothes to finish and cussing out the man who had cricked legs and who was deaf and trying to make everyone else deaf.

Displeased. I’ve been going to this location for years. Machines are no longer maintained. Dryers are iffy. Final straw is arriving and being told that their closing at 9 pm. When I’ve been going for years and always leave at 10:30pm. Poor management and new staff lack customer service skills

I’ve been coming here for years left a review a year or 2 years ago about how bad the services are here under Mimi Pierre. If Maytag is under a new management they need to fix this place. Tonight I spend 2 hrs waiting on dryers that does not dry and all of the machine prices went up, which i’m okay with but at least make sure they do what they supposed to do. had 4 loads and wasted $2 on each dryer $8 on just drying these clothes and i still ended up taking them home wet. After so many years I will take my business g elsewhere. no more Maytag for meService: Industrial laundry
