Guys, describing something about Rey' service is surprising, because from when you arrive at the agency until the end of the service, he always tries to be attentive and looks for the best way to help you, I was super happy to be served by him and by See the training in being an excellent professional, congratulations to Bank of America for having this incredible professional.

I am a 'preferred customer' and have been banking with BOA for over 10 years all over the country. This is one of the worst branches I have ever step my foot on. Sadly, for the past 5 years I have to use this branch due to been at a walking distance from home. So, this branch has a bad culture; I have seeing many new faces but the bad attitude remains the same. Sad, because their CS on the phone is stellar and I do hate to leave them and take my business somewhere else.

This is the worst bank of america, the atm never works, there’s always issue with the atm. The banks are abandoned, barely people working there. Is always close, the staff no one cares. Outside looks dirty as hell. Hopefully the company can do better…

Very unprofessional stuff, specially manager! Unfriendly, very slowly, always right with own rules!I tried to change money for bigger bills and after consulting with Teller ( she said ok) and manager (she said I must open business account for this) they refuse me! Really? I used before this branch and everything was good. You must change this management

This review and 5-star rating is only for Quamara she's such a gem 10/10. I just came to cash a check. And while waiting in the line I couldn't help but noticed customers are giving her a hard time with yelling and disrespectful her. I felt very uncomfortable in setting for her and Quamara kept it nothing but very professional with them by still speaking in a very calm kind tone. I Can tell she's very kind and has a sweet personality and has tough skin because she's always smiling. I don't appreciate this establishment allowing customers to verbally abuse her. Nobody should be going through that. Please kick those rude people out the door and deny service. We stan Quamara! Thanks for your hospitality queen you are too pretty and gentle to accept this from your customers. and also to the management y'all should be paying her EXTRA for her to stop the task she's doing to come run and translate for another client that can't speak English when she could've be handling her first client. Do better.

I have 3 credit cards with BOFA. One of my cards were tag as fraud. So I came to bank to show 2 forms of ID. After that, it got resolved. Then next day, all again, my account was tagged as fraud and I had to go to the branch again. It is a system error, and nobody fix it. They thing that I have lots of free time in life. This bank is a joke.

My reasoning for 2 stars is that this is a bank in a larger area and there is only 1 teller with a line of 5+ people. When I lived in my very small town up north we had 4 tellers so im not sure why they can't have more tellers? Makes zero sense

If I could give 0 stars I would, all the tellers are closed. Management don’t care about the huge line. There are not employees on this bank. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH!

Poor customer service!!! I walked into the bank on today expecting to be at a minimum asked what I needed within a minute or two. NO!!! I was ignored. I sat in the lobby area for 10 minutes killing time with paperwork and STILL NO HELP until an elderly American couple came in. They were approached. I was ignored until I stood up behind them for service. Oh... and the teller motioned for me to come forward to her window. What happened to MAY I HELP YOU?????????

Juan is not professional and he does not follow the same rules as other branches. He makes up rules as he goes. I have been with Bank of America for 20+ years and he has disgusted me to the 9th degree. I will be filling a complaint with corporate. He needs to be removed from his position. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
