I recently visited Chrysler - Jeep in Aventura and was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the salesperson, Ana Rios. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me find the perfect vehicle that met my needs. Ana was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. We drove here all the way from West Palm Beach and we are glad we did. The staff is fabulous but I will be remiss if I don’t mention Anna, Dave and Todd, really working with us and asking what is important to us. They are all amazing! I have bought many cars and by far this has been the best experience. You are lucky to have them and I hope they get recognized for their hard work they do!! Thank you!!!!

The sales team will not do any numbers over the phone so don't waste your time. Once in the dealership I found the sales team very pleasant, the finance guys we're good also. However we couldn't come to a deal in the end. The whole process only took 1.5 - 2 hrs that was also good. The reason for the two stars came when I was on my way home. A gentleman called me and, introduced himself as a manager of some sort and then proceeded to insult me. I don't know what provoked this childish outburst I just know such behavior is unnecessary. I would have considered them for future potential purchases if that manager never called me.Update: Now their saying, I am not a customer in their database. That's funny because you keep sending me e-mails too that address. If I was never there then why are you pestering me about buying a truck I no longer need, I told you I already bought one.

I can honestly say I went to Aventura car dealership dreading the process of buying a car. Ive been buying cars since about 74 and mostly sports cars. The Charger is an excellent choice. But low and behold my salesperson, Alejandro Lopez, made the buy extremely easy. He's very professional, very product knowledgeable and worked on my buy straight through it all. All of the people there were very helpful from beginning to end. I have several business cards from Alenjandro and two weeks later gave one to a buyer for mid year of 24. I strongly recommend Alejandro and the dealership.

We went in on October 28th, 2023. Thank you Walter for a seamless and professional experience. What to give a five star to my sales girl Theresa I came to this dealership 3months ago for the Ram 1500 unfortunately couldn’t trade at the time but Ms Theresa kept in touch and when she said she had a crazy program on the Ram I rushed in and took advantage of it and now I got my dream truck. I’ve been a Jeep driver/owner since 2020 and whenever I visited the Aventura location for service, I always get taken good care of the staff. With or without an appointment service manager, Steve , has always got my back for any of my service needs. Also to my service advisor, Robert who is always taking care of me since I got my first Jeep.There are times that it’s a busy day for service at the store, but they made sure that I’d be attended to and answer all my concerns and car problems. These gentlemen are amazing with what they do!

I would provide 10 stars if I could. I typically do not engage in writing service reviews, but I feel compelled to express my admiration for the outstanding service consistently provided by the Jeep Aventura location. On numerous occasions, my prior experiences with other Jeep dealerships in the same area had been notably unsatisfactory, to the extent that I contemplated the possibility of transitioning to an alternative vehicle. However, since my introduction to Steve Williams, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. His approach to customer service has been characterized by unwavering professionalism, transparency, and a steadfast commitment to punctuality. He has consistently demonstrated a high degree of courtesy and a total absence of unexpected supplementary charges. Notably, his dedication has been greatly appreciated.He remained my preferred point of contact, even when I found myself in proximity to an alternative Jeep dealership due to an unforeseen motor issue, over an hour away from my residence. His commitment to addressing my needs with efficacy and excellence was undeniably impressive.I have unequivocally decided to entrust the maintenance and servicing of my Grand Cherokee solely to this location and firmly believe that it makes them the unparalleled choice for Jeep owners.

Purchased a 1023 Ram 3500 9-18-23 when making the purchase it was after my insurance company had closed. Thy recommended I get gap insurance. I told them add it on and I would let them know tomorrow morning if I wanted it. Called my insurance co the next morning at 8 thy told me gap insurance would cost me $3 a month. Aventura charged me $600 I called them first thing in the morning. I could not get threw to aneyboddy but sales. I told them to cancel the gap insurance. About a mounth later I finaly got ahold of some one in the office. Thy told me thy had sent the information to me weeks ago. I told them I never receved aneything. He sent the enformation over to cancel the gap insurance. With what was involved I figured it would take at least two days of my time to do it. So I gave up in that. Yesterday I received a Florida registration from then for my truck 11-23.The registration thy sent expires in 12-23 one month? I have called a few times to try to talk to some one. It is the same crap as last time.YOU CANT GET ANEYBUDDY. Moral of the story is. If you can't easely drive back to this dealer and stand in front of them. DO NOT PURCHAS A CAR FROM THEM. You will never be able to get an answer on the phone.My truck was over $100,000 it is not like I purchased an old junker

I want to give a huge thank you to Theresa the sales girl here for helping me get my dream I wanted a V8 Charger so bad and she made it happen. Everyone was helpful being I came in late at night worked fast and told be up front my situation. The receptionist the manager Alex and my finance manager Michael were great too! I definitely recommend this dealership they get to the point with results, and I love my car

The entire staff are extremely polite, respectful, professional, and courteous. I never once felt pressured and all of my questions and concerns were answered with common sense resolve. I purchased my vehicle on the spot and Teresa, Marc, Gino and others were most helpful in expediting my paperwork as I made it known I have an elderly parent waiting for me at home. Teresa made calls to secure the title and contacted my insurance carrier to replace the VIN number from my old car to the new one. One last thing. Teresa made my experience fun and she is just a lovely, lovely soul.
