I called from out of state about a vehicle I was interested in. I asked about any extra fees prior to pursuing and was told dealer fee and electronic filing fee would total $1,400. After viewing the vehicle virtually the purchase and sales agreement had the vehicle priced $200 above advertised price and another $2,204 more in fees that I was not told about when asked.

The worst service I have ever experienced.
I brought my brand new 2024 Jeep to them for regular maintenance. I purchased the Jeep from them. When I picked it up I noticed that the horn is not working correctly and is very low if it works at all. Next Scheduled Maintenance I mention that the horn is not working correctly, I am immediately told that they don't have time to look at it even though I am leaving it there all day. They don't even add to the service ticket. To add insult to injury when I pick up the Jeep the horn has completely stopped working no sound at all. I have called multiple times to schedule a repair and if they answer they transfer me to an unattended extension or just hang up. I am at a loss - not sure how their customer service functions. How is it they refuse to take care of something they broke? SMH I need to find new service center ASAP

If I can give no stars I would you guys have the laziest POs running your parts department this mf ordered me of a new part I never even needed almost 1000 on it alone and you guys no refund policy is insane even if item is unopened ridiculous. Do not come here they sell you a dream and lie straight to your face. They don’t care about what you’ve got going on they just look at you as another invoice # never coming back here ever again!
