I come in this morning to drop off laundry and put it on the scale . An employee named Lisa walks up to me and says “you need to talk! Speak up and tell me what you want” as I’m just standing there doing nothing. She doesn’t say “hello, good morning, can I help you”? Etc. This place needs to vet and/or train their employees the bare minimum on how to treat customers. It’s apparent Lisa hates the customers and hates her job. After I told her not to speak with me this way I will contact a manager she stopped talking acting worried. Shaking her head the whole time writing on the receipt. I will never return to this establishment and don’t recommend anyone else come here. This woman Lisa acted so offended and upset that I simply walked in put laundry on the scale and waited to be helped..it’s unbelievable.

The owner is very kind and professional. The appliances are fairly new, smell clean and run well. 4-7$ on the loads I think. Never too crowded when I go during the day. I did have a run in with who I can only assume was the rude employee mentioned in another review. I asked how to change the wash cycle she told me "you gotta put money in to do anything" like obviously but i put my quarters in then the wash started before I could put in my wash settings

The night lady is wondering and very respectfully she is very sweet I didn't have enough money and she took money out of her pocket to pay for me to wash my clothes and that's not the first time everyone calling her mommy and I now call her mommy I love her Christian woman and the clothes smell so good I wash her doing laundry for someone and the care she put in them clothes she could wash for me any time thank you very much mommy . I have to ask her for her name . I need to know her name she has a mole by her nose sweet lady .

I use to be a regular customer here, not anymore. Worst customer service ever, employee is very rude, un attentive and un polite. If you can't go there during the day don't even go.

Nobody here June 24th. Just people staring rudely. No parking in rear still have to walk all the way around front. Door is locked. Worst place ever.

There's one attendant I use. She's very good, friendly, and does a wonderful job with the wash, fold, and dry. Ask for Lisa if you go on Thursday or Friday nights, Saturday or Sunday mornings.
