This place is the worse I have ever seen. Their service is so so poor. Alfa Romeo should cut them off. They are burning the Alfa Romeo image! I brought my car for service and a week later I had not received the diagnostic. They promised they were going to call me on the same day and a week later I had nothing. They don't pick up the phone and don't communicate with you. After a week my car was sitting there I had to remove the car from there and take to the Alfa Romeo collection in coral gables. Wow.... What a difference. Service at Collection is just perfect! I was about to never buy Alfa Romeos again because of the bad experience at this place but when I compared to the other.... I noticed that the problem is this location, not Alfa Romeo. That said, don't come here!!! Go to Coral gables.

The service team is truly wonderful! Nobody is happy about having car troubles, but I was very happy to see Tiffany and Tom again. They are a pleasure to work with and although they were visibly very busy, they took the time to speak with every costumer in a genuine and kind manner. They also fixed my car!! Phil was also great, after helping fix my car, he took the time to answer some of my questions and took me on a test drive to show me that everything worked fine.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews for this place. I’ve had to bring my car in for basic service a few times and everytime I did I never regretted anything more in my entire life. They lie about how long they’ll take to do an oil change so you’ll end up waiting for 3-4 hours. I needed a new part and they took apart my car, called me and said the part they ordered was defective and it would take a week to order another. They didn’t give me my car back or a rental for an entire week. They provided no updates and corporate couldn’t be less helpful. There wasn’t a single person who worked there who seemed to care at all they they were providing horrible service. I’ve been to multiple dealerships and I’ve never had such a miserable experience like I did at this one.Service: Oil change
