Yeah I’ve been telling they doesn’t have a cars and not even similar cars to the reservation,
And they don’t now when,
We checked out from the hotel with kids and luggage
And no car

I rented a convertible and received confirmation.
When I was there I was told that there was no convertible available and they wanted to give me another cheaper car for the price of a convertible.
I paid $30 one way to the rental company and $30 back for the taxi and lost 1 day of my vacation because I planned the day with a rental car.
Total impudence, it's not possible for such a big provider.
Never again !!!!!!

These guys are used to cheating their customers, I previously reserved, pay Uber from Brickel to that location and when I arrived just said we're sold out and there were no cars available, with the best existing poker face possible. I lost money for the Uber, part of my vacation time and they even redeemed one free day that I had available.... At the end I lost time, money, the attention was horrible not answering, no possible solution .....

Worst experience with this Alamo. I reserved a car over 1 month ago. When I came to pick up the car with my 5 year old and 18 month old waiting to drive to Disney World, I was told by Christon White that no car was available and they could place me on a wait list however there were dozens people ahead of me. I asked if he could find a car at nearby location or even 15-30 miles away if that’s what it took and he said no. I asked if he could call another location and he said there was no number to call. I had to call the company myself and after only several calls was told there would be a car waiting at Miami Airport. I then took Lyft 40 minutes to pick up the car at Miami airport. Once there I was told there was no car for me and my reservation was never updated. The manager at the site told me there is nothing he could do. I walked over to Enterprise who expedited things and I was on my way. Do not use Alamo rental car company.

The worst experience in rental cars. For about 3 weeks ago I reserved at website (Alamo) and received the confirmation number. Today , March 30 2024 when I arrived at store, the attendant said no vehicles available and period! Disgusting company…customer experience zero rate…worst company ever!!!

Great experience. The receptionist was super friendly and prepared the contract quickly. A security deposit of $300 was requested. Our car was a 2024 Ford Mustang convertible with only ~3500 miles on it. It was a new car! There were no hidden costs. We returned the car to the Miami airport - it was quickly inspected and the bond was released in a couple of days. I recommend!

I attended Alamo one afternoon last week only to receive very disappointing service. Alamo / Enterprise / National are all out of the same office address in Sunny Isles so the same employees would be assisting you regardless of whichever car company you booked with.When I attempted to pick up the vehicle I had reserved online, I was refused rental because I was going to pay using my Visa Debit card. I explained that I had rented a vehicle from another Enterprise location a couple of weeks earlier using the same method of payment without any issue and I was still told that that wasn't possible at this location. When I asked why, I was just told that that was the way it was.I did attempt to rent a vehicle at this location also a week prior as well via online reservation but the day that I was supposed to pick up my vehicle, I received a call prior to my pick up time stating they had a shortage of vehicles and that they would call me once one became available for me. No follow up phone call was ever received.Two separate simple incidents with the same location. Bottom line, if you're reserving here, be prepared for very poor customer service and a 'too bad, so sad' attitude from the employees there.As well, be prepared for a last minute phone call before your pick up time only to be told there actually isn't a vehicle there available for you.The very next day after being refused a vehicle at this location, I returned back to the previous location I rented from and did secure myself another rental as before without any issue.My advice to the owner / manager of this location, hire better employees who can actually answer a question with a reasonable answer and who care about the satisfaction of their customers. Sunny Isles deserves better.

Positively surprised... after having hoped for a rental with acceptable prices at the airport, I booked here at the last moment (a day before) a fantastic Mustang convertible... the girl who received me was very kind... the car was delivered and returned in 5 minutes... I couldn't have expected anything better

Reserved a car at Alamo and received reservation confirmation. When we went to pick up the car we had to wait in 30 minute queue and when arrived at the counter they said they have no cars and the reservation basically guarantees nothing!

Rent an F150 truck or similar. And they didn't have anything like that. They wanted to give me a car of less value than the one paid for.
Furthermore, my 2 credit cards enabled and with sufficient balance for the backup did not pass and the guy did not give me any other solution.
