Probably the most overpriced and unprofessional store I have been to. Wanted to return a small item that was bought within the return period and was refused because it was “a holiday item” for a holiday that hasn’t even started yet. When I asked to speak to the manager the associate said that the manager was “too busy” to come down and take care of a costumers needs. Never again am I coming to Aspaclaria Judaica in Aventura.

Before you enter, beware of this store! You should know that first and foremost, the customer service is really bad and rude, prices are very high compared to the other stores, and you can find even better goods in other stores with courteous, listening, supportive and helpful customer service that won't ignore you. Our story: About eight days ago we purchased a menorah, olive oil candles for the menorah and mezuzos for about $570. When we wanted to return the menorah and the oil candles - we were refused! The cashier answered: that these products cannot be returned because they are \"seasonal products\" (- Hanukkah hasn't started yet!) Attitude to customers so disrespectful and rude. Needless to say, the cashier ignored us and continued her work with the other customers. It should be noted that when we bought, the cashier did not mention to us that it would not be possible to return these products if we did not want them (as is indicated in any self-respecting store - that when you purchase a certain product and you cannot return it, even though this is written on the receipt, many people do not pay attention for receipts at all, especially when you trust the store). We asked nicely to speak with the store manager. The cashier pretty much ignored it, continued with the other customers and answered - \"He's on the second floor, busy, he can't talk with you.\" Since when the manger refuses to speak to his customors? It's disrespectful . We really experienced a kind of neglect. We were totally shocked, as we have never encountered such sloppy service, since when does the store manager behave rudely and not willing to talk to his customers?! We stood there for about 20 minutes and waited. At the same time, I found out that the price on the box of olive oil candles that we bought \"disappeared\", and in the store the price was about 32 dollars, and we were charged for 35.99 (without tax), the employee's answer was that the prices have gone down... and there is nothing to do about that. And when we talked about giving a bad review of our store expirience, suddenly the owner of the store - the manager, ran straight to us on the first floor. He was not so willing to listen, he just said that it is not possible to return seasonal products.(Hanukkah holiday has not yet started!) Luckily, we got the mezuzahs back and get refunded. I will never recommend this store to anyone! Because a good store that respects itself and its business, starts with a good customer service that respects its customers. I would prefer to pay more at another store and receive a respectful and kind attitude. This is my opinion and experience about this place.

I spend an average of $400- $600.00 per visit to this store. This past week $1000.00 plus dollars. I bought items for Hanukkah that were defective this morning as part of a $382.00 purchase. My husband attempted to return these 2 items. The total return amount would have been under $100.00. They were rude and refused the refund saying that they accept no "seasonal returns". This was 2 hours after purchase. I have been a customer (both at their previous location snd their current location), since 2008. While they have never been gracious, they have sunk to being incredibly rude. I asked about a book and was informed that the person doesn't read any of these books in the nastiest way possible. No one needs to pay to be treated this way and I certainly will never step in there again.

Terrible customer service . Sold my mom damaged products and she went back to exchange and owner yelled at her and would not exchange it. She left damaged items in the store and told him to donate whatever money he made on the items he sold her. Better to support another small business or any of the other judaica stores around. Will never shop there again .

Went to get clips for my kippah but ended up without it. Don't get me wrong. I bought some things like a book and other stuff but the most important thing was the clips. I probably will have to get it somewhere else.

Be careful with the little signs hiding on the table that no one can even see them. I returned about $160 worth of decorations for a synagog but the Rabi told me to return them because they have enough. I went back right after yom Tov (2 Days after) just asking for credit or exchange and they said NO.

I had the worst and rudest experience I've ever had at a store here. I was given a gift from this store and when I began to unwrap it, I could clearly see it was broken (a glass platter). I took it to the store, still with most of the wrapping paper intact and the owner or manager told it it wasn't his problem and that there was a garbage can outside where I could throw it out. He further insulted me by saying "i can't even imagine why you would think this was my problem." I've really never been spoken to so rudely at a store and will never shop there again.
