Unprofessional team. Every time I come here they are tagging each other to see who will take up the task and then whoever ends up having to do the job rolls their eyes and pouts their way up to the front. They do this with every customer. Totally makes me feel unwelcome and unwanted

Came here to do my vaccine booster with 3 other people. The pharmacy had just opened (it was 11 am and it opens at 10) and they told me to come back after lunch since they were about to go to lunch. I then asked what time could that be and they said 3 pm. Not sure if they were just not willing to do it for us or what else because a 3 hour lunch? Ridiculous. Very unprofessional. Also, it says “walk in available” but they were telling me the didn’t have at first.

Horrible service. This location is not careful with the medication they dispense. They give expired medication with incorrect dosing instructions and have excuses for everything. The staff is rude, incompetent, disrespectful and lazy.

I like their prices and they are never rude. That's the only reason for two stars. My meds are always on back order and they forget to order them after telling me they did. Every single month. I go days without my meds and it's a problem. I can't imagine how this is for people with much worse health conditions than mine.

The pharmacy, I drop off my prescription and Monday to be pick up on Tuesday, only to fine out that they only had 20 in stock at least that was what I was told, the wait was a.never ending one so I left and told them I will pick it up on Wednesday. On Wednesday when I return only to fine out that they actually had 19 tablets in stock and I had to pay the same amount as if I had gotten the full no the supply 30. This is ridiculous. Why don't someone pick up the phone to say that they were out of stock at the initial stage after two day of waiting I still haven't received what I wanted.

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years and I LOVE It. All the personnel are very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, yesterday 08/26/2018 I too was a victim of "Steve". He is the rudest pharmacy tech I have ever met. I simply asked what was that day of the week my medication would be ready for pick up only to told " I DON'T HAVE A CALENDAR! " He needs to learn more customer service instead of his slick rude unprofessional actions. If a patient has questions they should be answered politely and professionally not with rude answers. I spoke to management and my medication actually ready for pick up today not on September 2, as he stated. :( Hopefully is will be addressed. He could use some side training from Brandon, whom I have never had an issue with and is absolutely awesome.

Steve the pharmacy tech that works there needs to learn more about customer service. If a patient has questions you shouldn't be rude or give slick smart answers.
