I am a Canadian snowbird. I was worried about what I thought was rough idling on my 2017 Lexus ES 350 and wanted it looked at before heading back to Canada. I went to Stewart’s auto repair shop on the recommendation of my brother, who lives in Florida and uses Stewart to service his vehicles. Stewart not only diagnosed the problem for me within a few minutes, (turns out that it was nothing to do with the engine, just worn out engine mounts), but also volunteered to check the price and order the parts for me in the US as prices are lower here than in Canada. He then topped up my brake fluid for me and, when I volunteered to pay for his diagnosis, he charged me nothing, zero, nada! I highly recommend this honest mechanic if you need to have anything done on your car.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Hung up on me while I asked questions. No hostility from my end or anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend for anyone that deems customer service as a big thing in their purchase process.

Stuart is like no other in the mechanical world or humanity.. he is honest, kind, straightforward and to the point of the problem. He is there to work, not make friends on the phone…( for those who reviewed bad because of his phone etiquette) I thanks god I found him over 6 years ago and 2 cars ago…. No words could justify this beyond 5 star review. I will go nowhere else. There were many repair opportunities he could have charged way more than he did, but he was honest. There were also minor things he fixed at no charge. He goes above and beyond to diagnose car issues. Thank you Stuart for being YOU!!!! I will recommend him forever :) I have tipped him monetarily also to show my appreciation of his work and honesty.. I promise you will not go anywhere else. Hardest working mechanic I know, does all the work by himself!!!Services: Electrical

Always get your diagnostic with Stewart at UNIVERSITY & SOUTHGATE SERVICE, before any work is done on your car, Steward save me $$$$ of dollars after I went to a reputable car repair shop. The reputable car repair shop lies to me to make money.
