You can't rely on this broker to pick up your vehicle in a timely manner. They quoted me about 15% less than other shippers to pick up a vehicle from an auction lot. Claimed it would be picked up in 2-5 days. There was beautiful weather between here and Ca. After 7 days, still no pickup. Communication was lacking. It's clear that once they get their down payment they know they've got you on the hook and stop communicating. Meanwhile, my vehicle languished at the auction site for $25/day in storage fees. Now I have to start the shipping process all over again. It's not worth it. Use a reputable shipping company from the start and save yourself the money and hassle.

They are a broker first off they have no trucks. I hired them on USHIP.com they took the job I paid them and they sent another company y to pick up my vehicle ( Clear Choice Auto Transport in AZ) and they damaged the truck while tryin got load it. Then lef tit in the street. Then Swift gave the job to another company and they Actually smashed in worse causing about $15K on a vintage pickup in damage. ( Primordial Transportation Corp Miami) Swift said they are a broker and gave me the other companies info and now wont help any further yet they are the company I paid? The other compnaies are not doing anything so almost 2 months later I have a smashed truck and eveyone is M.I.A. NO NO NO
