Terrible customer service and they don’t answer the phone to see if medicine is readyI was told by my Publix that this store had my medicine in stockI called later yesterday afternoon and they said the medicine had to be ordered and would be ready Saturday at 2 pm and it is now 6 pm I’ve been trying to call since 1 pmI finally had to call store manager customer service gave me pharmacy manager and I told her my store told me that this store had it in stock and that’s not what they told meThe pharmacy manager then tells me oh kniw we have it and it will be ready for pick up inn20 minReally?So it’s been in their refrigerator all this time and I needed it FridayWorst customer service ever

this Publix deli has a poor excuse for customer service No purchase should have to wait an hour with four people in front of him to get his sandwich started And still walked out with no sandwich. It's crazy how to management has no type of strategy for high demand hour everybody knows you guys have the money to afford more people Stop being damn cheap and get people inside to help your Customers who are the ones who are giving you the money outrageous it's not complicated not at all two people making sandwiches one person take online order, not rocket science only other explanation that this is not being done is y'all being cheap smfh!!!!!! even online orders being messed up so this honestly no excuse just poor customer service!!!!!!

Publix stores are pretty much the same all over, clean, neat and organized. My husband wanted to make some iced tea at home, so we stopped to get supplies for it. The signs are clear and it was easy to find the tea section, even though it was our first time at this particular store. It's nice to see the employees busy stocking and keeping everything in order. Easy check out.

The deli is horrible. A few of the ladies are rude. Today I asked for a toasted sandwich and bc I asked the associate to toast the bread a bit more she was annoyed and left my bread in the toaster til it was brick hard and proceeded to make my sandwich. I didn’t notice til I got home and I was very upset. As I had rushed back home to a zoom mtg and had not eaten all day. I called the mgr. Steve who was very kind and compensated me for my sandwich and made me a fresh one himself. He even offered to make all my subs from now on but the Deli Associate who made the sandwich was not at all apologetic, she and a another coworker just looked at me and shook their heads as if I was the one that made them a brick sandwich they would not eat or feed their kids. Although Steve’s offer was nice I’m salty about my neighborhood Publix and treatment by their associates and will find elsewhere to shop. This is not my first bad experience with the deli staff at Western Woods but it will be my last. I receive stellar service at the Lakeview location. It’s a shame I have to drive so far to get great service when the western Woods location is right across the street! ? they pretty much ruined my afternoon.

Today 1/23/2022 I went to Publix with me and my sister. Ok the line was short keep that in mind it was only two groups of people in the line, me and my sister and four siblings? I don't know but anyways we order my sub and the lady who was making our food gave us a attitude but we just ignored it. Then she started to make us yell just to hear us but the store wasn't that loud but ok we yelled at her so she can hear us. After she was done making my sub, my sister was about to ordered hers when the lady said " you had a order!!!??? Why didn't you tell me sooner I have a whole line!" But in reality there was no line so inside we left because we didn't want to start a fight. We won't be going back there again because it is not the first time it happened.

Once, I called hours in advanced, and they told me it would take 4 hours, without reason. I showed up at said time, and they told me to come back in another hour.You're better off at the Publix in Plantation. Much nicer, faster service, always has prescriptions ready on time.

This publix is very close to my residence so I am a frequent visitor. One thing I love about this place is that the shelves are always stocked, organized, and the produce is usually fresh. Lines move very quickly so there is never a long wait to checkout items. Cashiers are super friendly and maintains great knowledge about in store products. Still waiting to hit big on these scratch off tickets

Clean store. Friendly staff. They are always busy. The sushi selection is small and they do not sell spicy Mayo :( but it is a nice store with good quality products.

I have been shopping at this Publix for 15+ years. The store is clean, organized and well staffed. They are courteous and accommodating. They have always gone above and beyond and it continues to get better all the time.

The Publix instacart is the worst.. the people doing the shopping are morons!! I've used this service I think 5 times.. They never got one order correct.. the other day they charged me $40.00 for items I never received.. and there's nobody to call.. so when you email them the people are very incompetent.. I don't suggest using them at all

Instacart is horrible, overcharged and no way to dispute. No response for days and no way to call or reach anyone. Sent a message online and it said 5 hour wait just to chat (which even after 5 hours had no response).

the instacart is incapable of handling the orders. They are either not providing any delivery times or giving delivery times that are 5 to 10 days away, which is unacceptable. Items may be gone by the time they start to fill the orders. Their website is overloaded and getting assistance is hours of waiting. They should not take orders if they can't satisfy a delivery or pickup date that is within the day or next day at minimum. This is totally useless as a service they way it is working currently.
