do not shop at this store the store manger is have a nasty attitude towards people if you are haitian or spanish you are welcome there other ethnic background she express dislikes the store is like a baby daycare you kids running around in the store at nights which is her grands kids her boss sit next to her and do nothing those fake reviews on is done by her haitian friends go inside the store with a hidden camera and recorder you will learn somethings shop elsewhere

Was in the store at 8:45pm and the Spanish old man had only one customer and refused to return my item which was wrong anyways and I purchased the same day. After this online return I will never purchase ANYTHING from this store or online (ordered a blue streak and they sent me a used Cardone) . The Spanish old coot is the worst customer service representative I have ever ran into. Who refuses service when the store is still open? The door was open I walked and he had only one customer he was with. Don’t tell me it takes 15 mins to purchase something. Never again I have never felt so disrespected as a customer of any one. I never leave bad reviews but I had to this time. Terrible that dude should be fired. Whatever happened to customer service especially when the store is still open?. I can understand if I came with 5 mins left. But it was 15 mins until they closed.
