“Rocky from this office is worth his weight in gold. I transferred to Allstate after being with Geico my entire adult life - almost 27 years. For whatever reason they jacked up my premium by 2.5 times. This was absolutely unacceptable. I spent many days calling around looking for, not only a cheaper plan, but an agency that I could rely on. I found that in Allstate. From the moment he provided me with a premium quote, Rocky went out of his way to provide the best rate possible. I wasn't very easy on him in demanding that he continually try and try harder to get the premium down. It wasn't long before he finally got it down to a place I was comfortable. I have worked with Rocky for a year now and find him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He is always willing to provide solutions where I had problems, and add his expert advice when I need it. I recently moved to a different part of Florida. I was very hesitant about updating my address because I thought I would have to switch agents/offices. I was very happy when he told me that he was licensed in all of Florida and would continue to be my agent.
