“Premier garage transformed my garage to a beautiful space. I opted to upgrade the handles to a flush pull which adds even more space. Then I added air conditioning with a split unit and added 300 extra square feet of storage space. All neat and tidy.”

From the moment she came in to do the measurements to provide the quote for my kitchen renovation, to the day she came in to check the final details of the completed install. “Love finding bargains here! Always something different besides the staples of ceiling fans and light fixtures.Also if you need a mini split air conditioner this is the place. Different brands available and all different sizes and models available at really great prices! Even central AC units they have some terrific pricing. They even have referrals for reasonable installers if you need.I keep going back because you never know what they may have gotten in lately.”
“Two years ago, I had a ceiling rack and a few lockers installed. I was so impressed, and liked the product so much, that I recently added additional pieces. My garage looks orderly and organized. “Great products and company. Exactly what I was looking for my shower remodel. I had a 1930s home upstairs master bath that tile companies did not want to rip out and tile for some reason. I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.”

“Love the kids workshop here it's so much fun, I went to the sunrise one and they were "sold out" @ 10AM so I drove to this one they were so sweet and had cookies and juice for the kids. We all made wooden gingerbread houses.”
“Murphy Bed USA has great furniture, customized to your needs and wishes. I have had a customized Murphy bed and shelving unit built for my condo about 15 years and it looks just as beautiful today as it did then. When it came time to move I had then dissemble and reassemble and the guys who did this were amazing. Great customer service. My interactions with Audrey were the best and she was quick to resolve an unexpected issue that came up on my end. I can highly recommend Murphy bed USA.”

“I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.”

“This is an overdue note to thank Nestor for his help a couple months back. What a good experience! I was looking for something to clean out toilet rim holes. He gave his personal recommendations, and even shared what other products he and his wife use at their house. Then he helped me make a spare key. Then he helped me with a couple other items. He was friendly, helpful, but very efficient, and was able to help a couple other customers simultaneously.The checkout person, Jeanie, was also friendly and helpful.I was especially grateful because I had a much less positive experience at a competing large hardware store chain a couple weeks before. I was sold an incorrect part by a disinterested employee who insisted the part was correct. Since meeting Nestor Lowe's is my store.By the way, everything Nestor suggested worked. Thank you!”
“This Home Depot never disappoints when it comes to customer service. This evening I drove there and Wayne helped navigate me through coils and coils of solid and stranded wires. He very patiently showed me different gauge wires until I was happy with one of them. Wayne, you are a star. Thank-you so much for taking such good care of me. I love Home Depot for the projects it enables me to do but when I get the kind of customer care Wayne showed me this evening, it really makes me feel good about coming back...and back...and back...”
“Did curbside pickup today and had to make 2 trips due to large items. I felt like as soon as I put on the app "I arrived" Ricky was at the car. Insanely fast and helpful. A gentlemen named Rudy helped him on the afternoon pickup and he was also helpful. Curbside experience was fantastic!!!
I have to update the review because I went inside the store over the weekend to get more items and for the first time in store I was approached by Paul who had a British accent super nice and asked if I needed any help!! He brought me right to the items I needed and saved me at least 20 mins!! This location is the best!!!

“I went to pick up replacement blinds for a sliding glass door, the man who helped me was super nice and did a great job cutting them to the perfect size. Then I saw a rug I liked and he wrapped it in plastic wrap for me. At the checkout I was having a problem using my wallet and the lady helped me and explained how to do it next time. I wish I remembered thief names .
I don’t always have such a great experience at lowes but this was a good day with very pleasant help, great way to end a busy day.”

“Purchased a deep freezer online midafternoon on Friday and was given the option of getting it delivered the same day. After waiting for the delivery (which the latest time given was 8pm) I received an email saying that the delivery was canceled and that I would receive a call to reschedule another day. I was very upset. After calling the customer service line and getting no where with anyone. I finally spoke to a young lady who went above and beyond to assist me. I told her that I would be at the store in the morning to pick it up myself. The following morning I went to pick up the freezer and received great customer service, especially from a young man named Jerome. He was so pleasant and patient with assisting me with my purchase. Hopefully his supervisor will see this and give him recognition for his kindness to me.”
“I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!”
