“John Hanks is a wonderful individual and I cannot thank him enough for his help and services when my father passed away in 2018. It has taken me a while to write this review, but the memory of John’s professionalism, grace, compassion, and work ethic remains clear in my mind, even years later. My father’s wish was to be buried at sea in a casket, which is not an easy task to the untrained layperson. John made the process seamless and was extremely informative, upfront, compassionate and fair. He worked with myself, my mother and brother to make sure my father’s exact wishes were met. He organized everything and made sure that we were kept informed throughout the whole process. His his an honest and honorable man, and I can’t recommend him enough.”

“.. Life is Crazy and stupid all At the same time. But Death is Far to everyone, no matter how Rich you are or how Poor you are....The cold Hand of Death touches everyone equally ,; Life Ends wherever you Take your last breath. In life you Die 3 times""" once where you take your last breath, once your name has been said for the last time.... Once your heart turns to dust. Death is part of the lifelong Dream to overcome the tragedy of Darkness. So some people turn to their own stories fantasies and religions...( but in the end does it really matter ? )”

“Our beloved father passed away on Christmas Day. Our family was in town for a limited period of time and due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, the timing of the funeral and burial was limited. TM Ralph in Plantation went above and beyond to guide us and support us. Everything was coordinated with the cemetery and went smoothly. Patty at TM Ralph Funeral Home was a true blessing to our family and we are forever grateful for the comfort and peace that she gave us during this extremely difficult time.”

“I turned 75 on 2/10/2024 and I was determined to get all my paperwork updated and applicable to a Florida domicile situation. My due diligence included pre-need funeral arrangements - transport two individuals, when required, to a cemetery back up North from my location in south Florida. I touched base with Rubin in Boynton Beach; Sinai in Delray Beach; Kronish in Boca Raton, and Neshama in Pompano Beach. My decision was based on a line-item cost comparison for a situation where I already have two burial plots back up North; my comfort level with the Jewish Orthodox practice of the funeral home; and time it took to get my questions answered.Rubin was very professional and responded to my queries in real time. I ultimately went with Neshama. Apple to Apple comparison, Neshama cost estimates reflected a Broward County and not Palm Beach County economic price point. I also felt much more comfortable. with the attention to Jewish burial tradition reflected in the Neshama funeral operation. Neshama also emphasized throughout several conversations that the pre-paid funds were deposited into a trust account.”

“The team over at Monarch are literal angels here on earth. Their compassion, attention to detail, and truly display what the term “hospitality” encompasses. We had a celebration for my grandfather just last night. The service and reception were legendary, just like my grandfather was. My grandpa was a Marine veteran ?? who loved his country and the celebration reflected that. The one thing that really sets this small mom and pop business apart from the big corporate names in the industry, are that they tailor and personalize your experience for your beloved departed. They execute flawlessly and efficiently as well! The lighting, the sounds, even the scent in the room was customized for my grandfather. The owner Bill and his family/ team that run the operation surpass any and all expectations. My family and friends that attended last night’s ceremony were blown away by the presentation, hospitality, and genuine care that the Monarch team provided. I am so glad I found this establishment online and that we worked with such a compassionate and empathetic group of people. Their authenticity for caring and going above and beyond for their guests was felt by all that attended last night’s ceremony. Please support small family businesses such as Monarch, they make all the difference and I know my grandpa is smiling down and proud of the celebration we had for him last night!Bonus points: They have a therapy dog named Monarch who gives families extra support and cuddles for times of grieving!Thank you from the bottom of my heart team Monarch! ? ”
