I just want to know, cause I thought when the price rings up wrong and the price on the shelf is different, aren't you supposed to have a price adjustment done..... WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, I guess this store doesn't do that. When speaking to the Manager on duty Maxine, she basically thought it was funny and said she was not making the adjustment and that I either would have to pay for it or not pay for it and leave. I'm BIG on CUSTOMER SERVICE and this was not what i got tonight.

Everything is super messy! Bad service. My husband grabbed a Coke because he felt bad and told him if you grab it you have to pay for it, of course we were going to pay for it, we were in line waiting for their slow service too, but the comment was too much!!

I think that it’s an inconvenience to have only 2 shopping carts for customers. Most of the the shopping cars were in the aisle filled up with merchandise. I needed a cart so bad to put my baby car seat in. And also y’all machines needs an update to be able to receive Apple Pay ….

They claim they don't have a bathroom here. It's state law to have public restrooms. I'll be filing a complaint with the local code enforcement tomorrow.

This whole store is just a giant no for me. I randomly walked in one morning having never been to a family dollar and I was met with the smell of toxic plastic fumes. No reason to shop here when there are grocery stores and a Walmart down the street without a dingy and expired vibe.

Agarre una aspirina Bayer de 120 capsulas, que reflejaba un precio normal de $ 7, pero sobre el precio habia otro que decía oferta o rebaja de 2,50 lo cierto es de que me cobraron los 7 $. Reclame, pero sin resultado alguno, las personas que atienden la tienda no hablan español y yo lamentablemente no hablo inglés. Tuve que morir callado.
