My mom called and asked if I could come and she said yes. When I came she said the wait would be 20 min. I came at 10am but she didn't start on me until 1pm. I wanted light brown highlights but she ended up giving me orange highlights, I cried. It ended up looking nothing like the reference picture I showed her. The work felt very rushed and even after she “attempted” to fix it I still don’t like it. Keep in mind this cost me $200.

They are overcharging people $75+ for just a wash and set, and if you dont speak Spanish, they're being low-key rude to you.

I truly wish I had the option to place 0 stars. Highly disappointed I made an appointment for Monday (the day I scheduled was Friday) and to my surprise upon arrival all the lights were off and the doors locked. The hours stated the shop would be open and I also scheduled a nail appointment and was never told the shop would be closed. Lost a potential new loyal customer.
