“In the past months I have visited this store on multiple occasions and I love that I don’t have to search for items all over the store they are in the correct place also I spoke with the store manager(Kiaya)and told her how I was impressed with the cleanliness and how organized this store has become before it was nasty and had rude employees working inside. I Love how they greeted me as I walked inside and I didn’t have to wait in line. This is the type of customer service that keeps me coming back and fyi I don’t live in this area but when I need something from family dollar I bypass all the other stores to come here and get the things I need….”
“I will share my personal experience and also do an update once I’ve had the mattress for about a month. So I just purchased from them last night and it was a simple, smooth seamless experience. I was able to describe exactly what I felt was important and necessary, and they were able to guide me. The very first bed they pointed out was the one I chose, it was exactly what I was looking for because I’ve had one like it in the past and I just know. I also had a budget and they were kind within meeting me for that price point. No high-pressure sales no over selling smooth, consultative approach. I chose them because it was very close to home and I saw they had great reviews. as of now I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with what I got for the price I got it for and I will also do an update review once it’s time. Shopping for the perfect mattress can be overwhelming, so I was able to keep it simple and convenient and find what I was looking for very close to home.”

“Not really happy with Big Lots, we went in the wife and I looking for a couch and a love seat we found one we asked him if they could order us one in from the corporate and they told us no we had to go online and order it but when I went online I didn't see the same one that was in the store they made it really hard and then they told me that I could call another store and see if they had it they showed five and they had none and they told us we couldn't buy the floor model in case they got more in if you're trying to sell furniture at least help out the customer and show a little initiative change your policies or stop selling furniture take your pick”

“I always like to stop at Five Below when I drive around. Every store has items that sometimes you can't find at another Five Below, it might be inventory issues, sold out situations or just luck.I went to get some pet gifts and even though the premise for Five Below is to have all items to be $5 or less, that's not the case anymore...many items are over $5, but if you know your prices and you can asses the quality of the item you are buying, you might still find that your purchase is a good deal and a good value.”

“This is the most competently-managed department store in a 10-mile radius. The store is spacious and clean. Every item the website says is in stock is indeed available. Unit prices are a bargain across the board.. Employees are friendly. Walmart across the street and Target in the same plaza should take note.”

“The store doesn’t have a large selection. Was a little impatient and upset because why was there only one cashier, handling the line. However, I was having a pretty bad day and had a conversation with one of the cashiers Deanna she made me laugh certainly brighten up my day. Appreciated her taking the time to ask me how I’m doing and also how quick she got the line down. So grateful for hard workers like you!”
“Stagehands and wardrobe/hair dressers have big hearts and deep pockets when it comes to homeless children. Even when they have limited income due to no employment during the summer months, they find a way to contribute. We have a donation box at work and our representative did a great job at making suggestions. Thanks to Five Below for coming to my rescue. While some things have me questioning if the item should be less than $5, there are some items that I think are a steal. The basketball is an item well worth $5. The children in need are between the ages of 3-16. I always think a teen gets the short end of the stick so I looked for items where they could play with another teen. If you are looking to help someone who is under privileged,this is the spot. They have everything that would be a welcoming gift at anytime.”

“It's Big Lots.... what can you say. It's a store of a million different things that if you walk ALL around, you're bound to pick up SOMETHING to buy. They try to keep it as neat as possible but people are mostly disrespectful at almost EVERY store and will drop stuff & not pick it up OR take stuff with them & put it down somewhere else in the store. REALLY PEOPLE? & then they think "that's why these folks work here, to pick up after me.." They ain't yo Mama, so be respectful.
None the less, the cashier there that I've dealt with a few times is awesome. Middle aged Anglo lady, Friendly, efficient & just plain nice, like a true customer service person would be.”
