“I really appreciate the Assistant Manager at the Coral Springs branch. Special thanks to Ms. Jay who assisted me with opening an account for my children. She is knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had. My transaction with this location and Ms. Jay went smoothly.”

“Don't typically like BA because government basically owns them, but did have to visit one with an open lobby. Read so many reviews how there are lines and only one teller, but was surprised. I went here (one of the few BA's that had an open lobby) on a Thurs at 1pm, and went right up to the (one) teller open, NO line. Just luck? Not sure... teller wasn't very cheerful but was efficient, in and out in 3 mins flat.”

“I have no complaints about this place other than maybe it takes a little long, but just make an appointment and be patient. they just remodeled and it’s beautiful and the people inside know what they’re doing”

“This branch is extremely friendly and very helpful. They do their best to try and move people through as quickly as possible. You are made to feel like a valued customer which is certainly a new experience for me as I am all too used to lack luster employees who are rude. This experience was a breath of fresh air, I hope it stays.”

“Weird! ATM is just southeast the mobile station in the parking lot! No bank building! Just a small building with single Bank of America ATM machine. Can't miss it!”

“The actual location of this Bank of America isn't the best. It's smacked in the middle of Las Olas and parking is a mess. Also, this branch is only open weekdays. So why the five stars then? The people who work there. Point blank I've been a Bank of America client for years. Whenever I've had a problem, they've always come through for me. On this particular occasion, or occasions rather, I've been setting up and administering accounts. Personal ones. I found a financial advisor, as well as an investment advisor at this location. Both have been rockstars in helping me achieve my money goals. Whenever I've had a comment or concern, they've held meetings with me. Sometimes if it's small, we end up just e-mailing or phoning. Truly I can't be more grateful. So grateful that I can deal with all the inconveniences of this branch. The people working there truly do care about their customers and that isn't something you see every day.”

“I have visited this Publix location throughout the years but not too often. I have shopped here in the past when I went shopping at Total Wine back in the day. Then my brother lived in the area and I then wound up working down the block. I am not sure if this is correct, but I feel like this location is larger in size than most locations. This Publix is definitely busy with tourists. So busy with tourists that there is a large section of souvenirs and necessities you need while traveling. My last visit here was somewhat overwhelming. I felt like everyone was in my personal space, which made it more difficult to shop. After that happened for the third time, I just accelerated my shopping and left as soon as possible. I was excited though because this location had a cheese I could only find at Doris Market, which is nowhere near my usual travels. Every time I have visited this location, it was busy. The parking lot is busy but I have always found parking not too far away. The store is usually clean and very bright. Like all Publix locations, the prices are kind of steep but those BOGOs can save us most times! This store is in a good location and you can complete many errands in this shopping center.”

“I stopped in for a catering order today. The order included lasagna. I visited the store a little before 9am. The lines were short and the service was quick. Plenty of parking was available and multiple staff were on the sales floor to assist with questions.”
