“Hi, I just wanted to say that I went to battery express because my food truck Big L.A. got the munchies had a problem with the batteries and they said that they can put the batteries in and I went there almost the day before Christmas and they were very very nice to us. They helped us in every way possible. It’s very difficult to find a decent battery place that doesn’t overcharge or run you through the mail. The woman I assume was the owner or cashier was extremely nice pleasant and very knowledgeable. I just wanted to tell anybody that if you’re stuck, and you don’t have any place to go and you don’t know who to trust , these guys got it and they will help you. “Dave and Dave are magnificent. I have been working closely with them since 2006 regarding my alternator and separate charge. Controller needs. Specifically having them rebuild alternators when possible and recently with the installation of two separate 400 amp outer lithium ion batteries I have carefully listened, and taken advantage of their very good and clear advice to keep the alternator from getting too warm and producing too much current.These guys are extremely knowledgeable on anything alternators or charge controllers, and I strongly recommend them to anyone”

“John was EXCELLENT & HONEST! I went to the store with a new key fob in hand and John was honest and said all he has to do is cut the key and took the chip out of the broken remote put it in the new remote. I did not have to pay the large fee to have him program the remote to my car. Only $21 and I only paid $19.99 for the remote on Amazon. Much cheaper all together instead of paying over $300 at a dealership!”

“Abraham provided the best service in my 20 years of shopping auto parts. After directing me where to go he checked in to see if I need further assistance which he provided. This man even checked on me while I was in the parking lot to see if I needed a hand. It might seem real basic, and it only took him a few more seconds, but treatment like that is what this industry needs. I know how to work on cars, but many people don’t. If autosales people had the same attitude is Abraham, anyone would feel safe and comfortable trying to get the parts they need to maintain their cars. Thank you, Abraham!”
“I came into the store looking for wiper blades for my 2020 nissan rogue and I new I would have trouble finding the right ones. But I went over and started my search. The first problem I encountered was their electronic device to help identify the blades you need was not working. So I attempted to Google the replacement blades I needed. Found the suggested brand and model number on line and.........no matching blades in stock. So I decided to see if anyone in the store could help me out. Everyone was busy but this one big guy behind the counter who was wearing a mask. He was huge and had a beard and did not appear approachable, but I asked for his help. This guy went right to work on the computer looking for the blades I had found on line. He checked the stock on the floor and realized they didn't have them. He then asked if I was set on those particular blades. I let him know I didn't really care as long as the ones they had were good blades and would do the job for me. He then got a set of blades and went out to my vehicle and installed one of them and tried it out. Seems like the blades that were supposed to fit my vehicle were too small. He then went back in, measured my old blades and brought out another set that matched in length. He went back out and installed the new set for me. All in all this guy was in and out of the store 3 to 4 times finding the correct blades before everything fit just right. I was very satisfied with the determination and care that this guy showed for me and my vehicle. He went far out of his way to get the job done correctly. All I can say is this place needs more people like Sid!!! Thank you very much. For someone who may appear unapproachable, you are certainly a nice guy!”

“Great customer service!! Very kind and helpful employees. I came in with a list of little problems with my car. Chris took the time to help me with each one, check the problems, tell me what I should do, etc. He checked the tire pressure on each tire for me and then even gave me his tire pressure key chain so I could check my tires later since my sensor was off.Great group of people and great experience! I will definitely be coming here for all of my car needs next time too.”
