Rohan is excellent at his job. Very professional. Stacy is nice always calm and knowledgeable. The new office manager Shatorra is loud, rude and unprofessional and needs alot of customer service training.

I moved in October 2022 and left in November 2023, my contract only ended in January 2024. I made normal payments, even though I didn't live. they had a problem with the electricity company, where 2 bills were generated. They claimed that they were not supposed to pay and continue paying along with the rent. In the end I paid twice, and they never gave me my money back, my deposit of 700 dollars, I'm still trying to get it back and nothing. The neighbors are super rude. They throw rubbish in the street, the swimming pool had not been working for months, the gym was old and the equipment was out of date. If you need something from the office, forget it, they take days. If you want some advice, DON'T RENT ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE.

My experience with Avana Cypress Creek Apartments has consistently been positive. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and managed. The community manager is delightful to speak with regarding various matters and responsive to my needs as a resident. My encounter with any maintenance requests have been timely and they offer quality service. My decision to make the Avana Cypress Creek community my home was a good one for me. I highly recommend visiting the surrounding area and property, then make an informed decision, based on your own amenity needs and quality of living expectations.

The new office manager Shatorra Rounds is the worst. She has zero customer service skills. If you come to the office with a complaint, she ignores. She pretends like you are wrong to complain about basic things such as the pool not being opened or noisy neighbors. She never even said hello when I asked if she was the new property manager. This complex is going downhill by the day. No proper checks are done with residents so be prepared to be living in the ghetto! Do not rent here!

I do not like writing negative reviews but I feel I am now forced to write one about the continued lack of information about the pool which has been out of service for 3 months, after which I was told when I applied to move in that it would only be 2 weeks. The management office keeps giving the excuse that the owner is awaiting permits to fix a problem with the pool and it is the local government that is taking time to issue permits, which I find to be a very convenient excuse. The pool pump is out of service and could be replaced almost immediately, if they require permits to drain the pool and re-paint it as they say they do, they could fix the pump immediately and have it serviceable whilst they await permits to drain the pool and re-paint. Corporate office do not ever answer the phone, and the regional office for Greystar (the management company) do not ever answer the phone either. The management office have told me I should give them some leeway, but 3 months is already too much leeway and there is still no end in sight as to when the pool will be open! They also refuse to give leeway on rent for a major service which is still advertised on their website as available. If it wasn't for the pool being out of service for so long with no information about when it will be working it would be fine here. This may seem like a petty complaint, but the rent here is not cheap and advertised services should be made available to use as soon as possible if they become un-serviceable, there is absolutely no sign at all that there is any attempt to get the pool working in a reasonable timeframe.

Thieves. I was told by a “manager” that my application fee would be waived because i did not choose to rent with them in 2019. 4 YEARS later they sent a collections company to claim less then $200 OUT OF NO WHERE. This badly messed up my credit while I was IN THE MIDDLE of getting approved for my first house. Rent here if you don’t mind Lawyers and dirty business tactics. Disgusting to do this for such a small amount of money.

DO NOT RENT HERE! The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do. From their conversations to them cleaning their plates. The worst thing is if you have inconsiderate neighbors. You make them aware of their noise yet they dont stop. You can also report them to the leasing office and nothing is done. Please save yourself and go somewhere else if you like peace.

Lived in this establishment for 5 years and each year its getting worse and worse. Knowing that everybody is recovering from the pandemic, I extended grace. Until mold started to grow in my apartment (went days without having someone come look at it, still waiting) I even came home to my lock sticking out from my door. In addition, there is dog feces every step you take and the grounds are poorly tended to. Do not move here!

This place is.horrible. inconsiderate office staff and almost weekend the pool is taken over by what it seems friends of tenants the use the whole pool area to throw bday and wedding parties.The trash piles up and smells horrible from the dumpster.I recommend somewhere else!

My visitor's car was towed 3 hours after it was registered as a guest, and the parking violation people never answer the phone or return phone calls. It's been two days now and my guest cannot get their car that was wrongfully towed because they won't answer the phone. Not cool. Also, most of the outlets weren't working in the apartment and it took six days and 2 phone calls to get a service person. After a month the outlets are out again.

Been here 3 years and have not had any troubles. I love the staff, I love the community and the way everyone shares the pool area. However just like anywhere else things happen outside of management control. The rent hit you upside the head. But for the most part I love it ???
