“I have been a customer for many many years. The last time they installed a new 9 gallon Dainvac was 10 years ago. Their equipment is that good. A couple of days ago they replace it with a new one. They showed up on time and did a professional job. This time I thought I could get a 4 gallon Drainvac instead. However, that night, I realized that I wanted the 9 gallon so I texted Robert who responded right away. What amazes me is that after all these years, Robert continues to engage directly with his customers and continues to be as passionate as he was 10 years ago about taking care of his customers. The next day his crew showed up to replace it with a new 9 gallon. Needless to say, I was very happy. I highly recommend Think Vacuum because I know that when something needs to be fixed, Robert will do what it takes to make it right. Thank you Robert and team!”

They immediately reached out to me about purchasing some appliances, sent me pictures and descriptions, offered same-day delivery, and their current customer service Is absolutely amazing. We chose to pick up our new refrigerator and stove, and they were brand new in the box! Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. He called their cabinet company and the carpenter came to my house right away, made the modifications and it worked! Very happy customer. This is the only place to purchase your appliances.”

Right from when we walked in we found just what we were looking for, at reasonable prices. Sue was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions and recommendations and we purchased everything we needed. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The furniture was delivered on time and the men the were very efficient, professional and polite. We were very impressed when the store manager called us the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We highly recommend.”

“I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.”
“Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. I was in a Bad spot until I walked into this plumbing supply store. Thank youBud Moore”

“I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!”
“Purchased a deep freezer online midafternoon on Friday and was given the option of getting it delivered the same day. After waiting for the delivery (which the latest time given was 8pm) I received an email saying that the delivery was canceled and that I would receive a call to reschedule another day. I was very upset. After calling the customer service line and getting no where with anyone. I finally spoke to a young lady who went above and beyond to assist me. I told her that I would be at the store in the morning to pick it up myself. The following morning I went to pick up the freezer and received great customer service, especially from a young man named Jerome. He was so pleasant and patient with assisting me with my purchase. Hopefully his supervisor will see this and give him recognition for his kindness to me.”
