“I really love living at Coral Vista. Everything on premises is well maintained and kept clean. It truly is my Home Sweet Home. The property manager Stefanie is amazing. Always friendly and smiling. Every experience I have had with office staff Henry and Jennifer has been incredible. They are not only friendly but also highly skilled. The maintenance team Pablo and Leo are outstanding. I am very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They are very responsive to all my needs and issues and go above and beyond to take care of me. “The one reason that encourages me to continue to renew my lease at The Avenue is the management team. Yes, the amenities are nice, the apartments are OK, and the gym needs work. But Nick from the leasing office, Lauren from property management, and Andy, Nick, Kenny, and Eddy from the maintenance team go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, heard, and taken care of. You request fumigation, and they promptly come. If something breaks, they make sure to show up as soon as possible. An appliance is acting out? They replace it with a brand-new one. At The Avenue, they know you by your name and are ready to embrace you from the moment you walk into the leasing office and then continue to happily assist you throughout your entire stay. You may find similar amenities for slightly more affordable prices elsewhere, but I dare you to find such dedicated people running your complex. Maintenance-wise, the person who I resort to the most is Andy — who is absolutely fantastic and makes things happen — and prior to him, my guy was Brandon, who I used to call “Thanksgiving in a human form.” The place is also very quiet, no crazy parties and horrible neighbors, and they treat your pets like family with treats in the clubhouse and all! We are 5 min from FLL International Airport, 25 min from Ft Lauderdale Downtown, and 30 min from Miami. I definitely recommend The Avenue at Davie!”

Asia and Destine at the front desk have been wonderful to work. From signing the lease agreement to anything in between they have been very helpful.
Dan and Franklin are great! They do a wonderful job keeping everything working and looking great.
I was nervous about the whole rental process, but I could not be happier with everything at the Osprey and have been very lucky to work with these wonderful individuals.”
“We have a beautiful townhouse, in a very pleasant environment, it’s a very safe and well kept community. What we pay for HOA covers water, gas, and internet for tv access. The building is fully insured and the grounds very well kept, a two car garage keeps my car clean and safe, the amenities of the club house are great and so are the pools. I can go on and on about this place next to a major shopping center, grocery stores and movies. If one wants to be negative about Artesia, it’s a free country.”

“Living in Lakepointe at Jacaranda was a true privilege. My one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment overlooked the serene lake, providing daily inspiration as I worked remotely. The community exuded tranquility, with private entrances for each apartment and lush natural surroundings. Special recognition goes to staff members Valentina and Carolina, whose exceptional communication and support made my entire lease experience exceptional.”
“The community really changed for the better when Gustavo and Marina came to the office. These people have really improved the Arbor Club. Always go to the meeting, with attention and understanding to all requests and life situations. With their arrival in the office the Community has improved 100%. “HI! Some rather surprising events took place in my life the past 6 months that forced me to rethink where I was and where I was headed. Let me rephrase that. I thought I was happily where I was supposed to be. The same place I had been for over a decade. A wonderful partner. Couple of dogs. Great families. Great home etc. I was suddenly faced with the realization that , I was alone in that happy place. Wish I knew sooner . But here I am. I went to Mertropolitan and the girls in the office made me feel so warm and welcome. Got me the apartment I wanted. And I can't wait to move in , and move on. They really really went above and beyond. They were aware that financially I could but mentally.., this was going to be tough.
