Worst pharmacy ever. Took a friend to pickup a prescription. After at least an hour, 4 cars ahead of us, we finally got to the window. I think they let patients drop off and wait for the prescriptions; that's ridiculous. Shouldn't take that long for a regular pickup. Tried calling the store manager, who transferred me to pharmacy who hung up on me. Took 2 cars in line abiut 7 linutes each to get their prescription. Girl at the window was rude.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Here's a review based on your description:⸻I visited Walgreens with the intention of getting a passport photo taken, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon inquiring at the register, I was curtly informed that the service was not available for the rest of the day. When I probed further about the operating hours for passport photos, the staff member's responses were vague, simply stating it would be available "tomorrow morning" and cease "1 hour before closing." Even after I pointed out the current time and their closing hours, the employee dismissively mentioned that the register had already been put away.The interaction was marked by a lack of helpfulness and an unaccommodating attitude. The staff member’s rudeness and unwillingness to assist left a negative impression, making me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I will be avoiding this Walgreens at all cost.

Never have prescriptions that were called in.....play the blame game and say it is the dr's. I was on the phone with the doctor when they sent in a script...gave it 3 hours and went to pick it up and the VERY RUDE woman at the drive in stated no it's not going to be done until tomorrow@! what?! Nobody called me to let me know this and I needed the med that day. Nobody knows what they are doing in that pharmacy. They constantly tell me they can't find me in the system..

Horrible, the chat is useless tells you to call the store.
You call the pharmacy and it says there are 2 others in front of you hold on. then it's your turn after 20 minutes, some rude girl says hold on and puts you on hold, then more holding the phone rings 100 times and it hangs up.

I don't know why I don't see my opinion reflected. So I am going to rate this place in terms of customer service again, I cannot ignore that other customers and their manager know the poor service of this pharmacy. I called to change the address where I want to receive my mother's medicines and I asked for attention in Spanish as the menu offers, they answered me in English and I understand it, I asked in a friendly manner that they please attend to me in Spanish and the same person spoke to me in Spanish but in a very rude way all the time, in addition to not solving my problem or showing any interest in doing so, the entire call he treated me in a very hostile way. It is unfortunate that such rude and hostile people are the ones treating customers in a pharmacy that is a health area. Reading other customer reviews, they have gone through similar situations, they do not believe that they should take action and offer adequate treatment as customers deserve. This is unfortunate.

WORST LABCORP EVER!! I went to get my blood drawn and the lady was rude in the beginning and she stuck the needle so deep into my skin and she put the needle in the wrong spot. She didn’t even check both arms to see which one had better veins. I was in so much pain after and I came back to confront her and the lady didn’t say anything but “never in my 34 years of doing this has someone said anything abt my skills” and even the pharmacists told me that she did it wrong and that there is definitely a problem. The woman that drew my blood had a Spanish speaking person with her that told me I needed ice and I’m good. When I was in immense pain. May I remind you I am a 14 year old girl and I just needed labwork done and now I have a hematoma filled with blood. So please go to a different labcorp.

The older employee with red hair tonight working the cashier should learn patience. As soon as I approached him his aura was giving off negative energy. And yes, that is a thing. So immediately after that, I kind of got a little anxious and anxiety, which is normal for me, but I only get like that towards people who are plain rude.Long story short, I couldn’t figure out how to use the card and he snatched the card out of my hand and he was kind of being passive aggressive about it. hopefully the attitude adjustment gets fixed. I get we all don’t know what we all go through on a daily life but don’t bring other people down and take it out on others.
