I have always gotten my prescriptions filled at walgreens on unique circle in fort myers without any problems. I moved so used this walgreens on bayshore north fort myers. They filled my prescription once no problem then when I went to get my refill on medicine a man at the drivethrough window told me he couldn't fill it. I'd have to get it transferred to someone who takes my insurance even though I have always paid out of pocket at walgreens. He then told me I could lose my health insurance trying to refill it here. I also had 4 prescriptions for my 4 year old son who was in the hospital that morning. I went straight there to bayshore walgreens to fill it. He told me same thing on son's prescriptions. He could loose his health benefits and go somewhere else. So I did and found a nice independent pharmacy. Good I can't stand there lack of professionalism and the character of the man who was working the drive through the morning of Sunday December 31st 2023.

The pharmacist likes to pretend at being a doctor instead of trusting your own doctor to make the decisions for you. Then they lie and blame it on your insurance company saying they won’t fill it when it is them who has decided that it is contraindicated or whatever reason not to fill. it takes me days to get things filled here, so I went to another pharmacy with my prescription within one day had everything filled with no issues. It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, and I will never return poor customer service poor service.

The older lady at the register this morning! Is nothing but rude. The way I seen her treat a customer today was unacceptable! Hates when someone uses a coupon and give nothing but an attitude. Anytime someone comes in with a coupon to use god for bid it’s the end of the world for her. She’s extremely unprofessional. She needs to go. The management here at this store really needs to start taking action. If not I will be recording from now on. Unacceptable.

Daniel who works in the pharmacy refused to fill my prescriptions and today using his hand he was brushing me off tell me to scam through the drive through window today October 22 at around 11:30 am. Corporate please review this video at the drive thru to confirm what I am saying and then fire this person. I was not being rude to this person. This person Daniel is the scum of the earth and the other pharmacists is his boss who is even more of a jerk.

Go to doctor...checkHave prescription sent here...checkGet confirmation of receipt...checkGet notification that prescription is ready...checkLook at hours online...checkArrive at pharmacy to find them closed at 3pm...checkA sign said lunch 1:30-2pm but it was 3 pm at the time, the cashier says she doesn't know why the pharmacy is closed. Unacceptable.

Daniel the pharmacy helper is extremely rude and should be fired for refusing to fill my prescription even though Blue Cross says they cannot refuse because they are under contract with Walgreens. Daniel even brushed his hand towards me telling me to pull away from Drive thru. This rude mane and his equally rude pharmacist on duty should be kicked out the back out of this business.

The gentleman that works at the pharmacy that has a sultan pepper beard needs to be fired. He misled me about my medication’s screwed me over about lying to me and no one does anything about it he is very rude and unacceptable. He needs to be fired immediately.

The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and the pharmacy was extremely efficient. The store is clean, the bathrooms were very clean, and the shelves were very well stocked. They were stocking at the same time, but did not hamper any of your abilities to move around. Again, the staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I went in to Walgreens for several things I have a dry spot on my and I have a callus. The employee help me with that asking answer times that is rare at Walgreens and other places.. I had the right to birthday cards for my grandchildren, they had a section for birthday cards wedding cards and sympathy cards. I bought a card for my father and granddaughters just thinking of the card. My sister forgot it prescription so we drove around to the drive-thru

Kudos to Filipe, the pharmacist. He is professional, friendly and helpful, even checking customers out at the register. On the other hand...Suzanne, Senior pharmacy Tech is miserable. This was our 3rd visit in a row where we had the unfortunate experience having her to "help" us. She huffs under her breath and acts like she is doing customers a huge favor to service them. Suzanne must hate her job or hates customer service. Walgreens certainly doesn't need employees with Suzanne's bad attitude working with the public...more importantly not in the pharmacy. Obviously, there must be a shortage of employees if Walgreens has to keep Suzanne on staff.

they discriminate against you if you take pain medicine and tell you they don't have it when they really do have it. My friend does their inventory and she sees they have it all the time. they're full of s*** and evil. discrimination should be illegal yet they can get away with this. why? How about doing background checks on people? you'll find many that are drug addicts and have been in prison or jail several times. I bet and then maybe those of us who truly need it to be able to do our job so we can pay our mortgage payments can actually get it. sickening and evil . pray for karma for every one of these psychopaths w no conscience.

Called 5 times over nearly 3 weeks to get my RX transferred from my old base on terminal leave. Finally had to call my doctor to resend it to them. Even after she sent it in, I had to call AGAIN to get someone to do something with it. By the time they had it filled, my CAC expired and they’re showing no more insurance, even though I have it for 6 more months. Been out of meds for 2 weeks. Now I need to go fight with TriCare. Had one person done their job one of the previous 4 times I contacted them, I’d have enough medication until I got to my reserve base.

Well I don't recommend anyone to use this store for your pharmacy needs. The other employees besides the pharmacy staff have always been very helpful & friendly. I have always enjoyed shopping there but last year it took a drastic change. I kept receiving broken pills in my medications & suspected that my controlled substance meds were coming up short. Decided to inquire about the broken pills & was told by a fill in pharmacist that they were not allowed to dispense broken pills & to request that I have them to count & inspect the medications before leaving. Upon picking up my meds I did make that request, pharmacist at that time was frustrated but did count & inspect the bottle, come to find out I had been shorted 2-3 pills!! Problems ever since, I am held responsible for this medication (narcotic) & I do follow the requirements to receive the medication. However this pharmacy is not being held accountable for their actions!! I do intend to speak with my local authorities on this matter.DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
