Hildegard needs transferred out of the pharmacy she is so rude to customers and even on the phone when she calls. I have witnessed many times how she treats customers and had an elderly customer almost in tears. I normally do not complain but today she was very rude to my husband when she called him about a script. I get it people have bad days but this is not acceptable because she has been rude to me as well many times. I chucked it up to having a bad day but enough is enough.

Been using this pharmacy for about 15 years no problems. A few months ago they get a new pharmacist. Tall lady, braided hair no name tag. Questions every script, doesn't check for correct prices makes no effort to be helpful does not seem to know HIPPA laws and always knows more than the doctor who wrote the script. “Got to call the doctor so script won’t be ready at time stated until the doctor calls back.” I am not the only one who has had problems here. The difference is I will not have any problems in the future because I am voting with my feet to a different pharmacy.

I won't ever use the pharmacy at the Orangegrove store, NFM. No one is friendly there, Especially the older woman and the young male pharmacist. Just walking into the store feels unfriendly, like no one cares if you're there. The items are nice and fresh but too expensive for my budget. I only go in if I need something quick.

Was treated rudely and highly unprofessional by Kelly. People who do not like their job should not be working there. I get they're busy, there's no need to make gestures and have a nasty tone. I don't play that way. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere.

If you’re coming here for the $5 sushi day you’ll be sadly disappointed. Out of stock everytime I go. They need to up their ordering quantity or something but it’s ridiculous the lack of selection they offer when others I’ve been to have an entire cooler filled with it.

They do not care about the well -being of their customers because they ignore those who refuse to wear a mask. They used to make an announcement if they saw customers without masks, but now they claim a message is looped within their music and runs every 20 minutes.

If you're going to impose limits on items, post it on the shelves. Don't yell at your customers in checkout in front of their one year old.

It seems that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. The female pharmacist is aloof and apparently has a disdain for her.job, customers or both. Despite her efforts it's apparent from the expressions between artificial smiles and the mechanica, bare minimum, dismissive responses to ordinary questions. I understand it is a fast paced job. Perhaps she could perform some other tasks rather than dealing with the general public.

I've been going to this Publix for the past year. It's by far my favorite- every single worker is so friendly and can turn any bad day into a good one. From the cashiers, to deli to management. I always look forward to my grocery trips
