To my surprise they showed at 6pm to deliver propane to my house even though they are closed today to make sure we didn’t run out during the coming storm. “I had heard so many things about these local people and the good work they did following IAN, I switched service. Their service man came out today and WOW was I impressed. Dave took time to not only test my lines but also to understand how I was going to use the propane. He found a gas line three other people had missed. As a result, he saved me money on my generator installation and facilitated it being placed where I wanted originally. Dave went above and beyond and then more. I am recommending other family members move to Suburban for their prompt, professional, personal service. Thank you Dave!
December 2024 - High water apparently moved the dome on my propane tank which made it difficult to fill. The office sent a man out to give me an estimate to fix the problem. It turned out to be DAVE from above. DAVE looked at the problem, got out some tools and fixed it on the spot. THAT is customer service! BTW, it is such a pleasure to talk to a person at a LOCAL office who speaks English. Everyone is so helpful! And Matt, thank you for promoting an environment that encourages such behavior! 5 Stars!”

“Rented a cargo van for a few hours. Comfortable seats, great A/C, clean, easy check in from online reservation, fellow that checked me in was courteous & patient.
Negative parts: Cargo van needed an oil change (3%); tire pressures were way off, i.e. front right should've been at about 50 psi but was at 80. The young woman at the counter for my check out was detached & really showed that she didn't want to be there. No smile, no positivity, blankish face like I was an imposition. Barely any verbal interaction.
I will continue to use this U-Haul location because they have always had a vehicle or storage space when I was in need.”
“In the spring, I wanted to top off my tank before hurricane season. No one would come because I was just above 40%. Then I called Ferrellgas. Customer service at it's finest. The receptionist said, "No problem, we'll have a truck there tomorrow". They showed up and the driver was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Ferrellgas.”
