“After having a horrible experience with another Walgreens over a passport photo, we came to this one. Anthony helped us and he was so pleasant compared to the other store on mellow/41. He seemingly was running the entire store, bouncing back and forth but his attitude never shifted from anything but positive. Much appreciated after the initial visit with the other store. “I personally don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but good luck using this pharmacy to pick up my mom’s meds. If Goodrx price is cheaper than insurance price they’ll use that or vice versa. Katie, Meesh, and the female pharmacist Jessica have always been polite and helpful. For all the personalities they deal with I think they do an excellent job. I live in downtown Fort Myers and it’s so easy to get too as well.”
“So we decided to shop here since the restaurant we were going to, had a 55 minute wait. In an effort to "kill time" we decided to pick up some needed groceries. This store is beautiful, it's laid out so you can find products easily. The staff was super helpful. Then we made the mistake of going to the service desk where they have multiple cashiers but only one designated for "lottery". We had the misfortune of getting behind someone who literally put money on every game in every combination possible, multiple times . The line got super backed up and one person actually got out of line because of the wait. Call me crazy but if I was this invested , I'd be in Vegas not in Publix... Maybe they need a second line for high roller lottery players and delusional people like me that spend 10.00 and are happy to win 2.00.”
“I was at Walgreens this afternoon picking up a prescription for my aunt and I saw the poor treatment that a woman who came to pick up medication was giving to the Technicians and the pharmacist and how she threatened them and yelled at them while they just asked the woman to calm down, the woman was more rude. It's incredible how there are people so racist that they come yelling and demanding without even having the reason, they don't realize that these people work with medications, not food. They can't wait their turn or for the medication to be ready. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen at the pharmacy. I know we're all in a hurry, but a little patience please and empathy with who is serving us. When you go to a restaurant or a doctor's appointment you have to wait up to 40 minutes and nobody really complains. This Walgreens does have problems but with rude and ill-mannered customers.”

“What a great experience today the assistant store manager was awesome the entire staff was awesome I highly recommend the store I love CVS I love their extra bucks their coupons the store is always well stocked inviting and you can find pretty much anything you need at CVS 7 days a week 24 hours a day.”
“The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and the pharmacy was extremely efficient. The store is clean, the bathrooms were very clean, and the shelves were very well stocked. They were stocking at the same time, but did not hamper any of your abilities to move around. Again, the staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.”

“Benjamin! and Jennifer!, Kate! Jessica! Dart! Really just the whole staff are out of this world outstanding in every department. But I've got to give a special shout out to Benjamin and Jennifer! They always help me to my car and go over and beyond their duties, they are always friendly, always helpful, and I enjoy seeing everyone, they're all so nice. It's like one big happy family! They've been my only 'go-to' store lately. They always have handicap carts ready for you! I even had to call them from my car once, to see if someone could bring me a cart to my car because I was in too much pain! They always unload it for me into my car, and take the cart back for me and plug it in for the next one! The store is always clean and the lines are always fast! The quality of food is always on point. Most of all, everyone that works there looks really happy! ? Its obvious that they take great care of their employees! I love this store! I highly recommend you try them out for yourself!!!”
