These folks are *incredible*! Always friendly & ready to go above & beyond -- we especially appreciate Devon, who always brightens our day. We've been getting our mail delivered here for several years and then forwarded when we're out of Florida, and they never miss a beat!

Jennie/Jen is very rude and short tempered. She appears very aggravated that she even has to work. Only 2 people in the store and she rushed me and very condescending about the 3 questions I had. Definitely not customer service driven and she focuses more on telling you what you need to do versus doing what needs to be done per her position. Packing and shipping is not rocket science. She definitely shouldn’t be at the counter doing customer service. Horrible experience.

Jen did a FANTASTIC job with me for my appointment ( Fri., June 7th) for fingerprinting and my photo ID. She was very patient, and fun to talk to. She is exemplary!!!

Devin & Jeremey make the process so much easier. Both have great customer service & are very fast; making it a simple and quick process. I recommend this place over any other place when you need to mail and/or ship anything!

This is a small shipping store somewhat hidden next to Jets pizza in the Del Prado shopping center. They were crazy busy with people constantly coming in to ship. There were four employees working the counter and one stacking and sorting. They are a very well oiled machine! No unnecessary running in circles. Direct and to the point but had the time to wish each person a Merry Christmas. The owner is a very lucky employer to have a great team. Great job!!!
