Awesome store. The staff worked into the night and well beyond closing time on Sunday when they were waiting for a generator delivery as hurricane Milton was bearing down on the gulf coast of Florida. They truly helped the community to prepare and stay safe during the hurricane. Thanks to Faith and all the team for putting the worried local residents first and not bouncing at 5 on the dot like many stars would have. GREAT JOB NORTHERN TOOL!!!! ?

Rude employees. Everytime I come here, never going back. Not helpful, atleast Michelle M was. The guy that helped up after spending the $1500 was nice and apologized for her behavior... unbelievable..

Bought a Stihl chainsaw that wouldn’t start and still in warranty. Brought over to the n ft myers service department and Howard took a look at it. He quickly diagnosed and got it running for me. Appreciate the super fast and excellent customer service. Thanks Howard. Made my day.
