This place is a breath of fresh air! The Pharmacist is focused, not just on customer service, but customer care. The staff takes the time to make sure I'm getting the most out of my insurance and explain my bill. Overall next-level service.

Efficient on the phone, quick to acquire prescription from another pharmacy and making the compound all within 24 hrs, plus half the price of my insurance deductible!!!! Highly recommend and I will now be a regular customer!!!!

Good afternoon, Mr. Zeid.I am reaching out to convey my complete 110% satisfaction with Caloosa Pharmacy employees and North Fort Myers employees. Upon moving to Florida, I chose Caloosa and realized it was a little farther from my home than I wanted to drive. After I found out that Caloosa would ship my medication to my home, I decided to stay with them and give it a try.I have been doing business with Caloosa Pharmacy for approximately 2 years and have a home in Cape Coral, but moved to Georgia in May of 2022. I called around to a few Georgia pharmacies to take care of my prescriptions and honestly, they were going to charge me 3 times the amount I pay with Caloosa. So, because I have had such a wonderful experience with the staff at Caloosa and North Fort Myers Pharmacy, I decided to continue my relationship with them.Due to the outstanding customer service I receive from Gretchen at North Fort Myers Pharmacy, Christina and Lauren, I will go nowhere else for my prescriptions. Every time I call Caloosa Pharmacy and North Fort Myers Pharmacy, I am treated with patience and respect. I know the employees who work at Caloosa and North Fort Myers Pharmacy have many duties and are very busy, yet I watched an employee handle a disgruntled customer with kindness and care. I made a point to tell them what an excellent job they were doing because I want the employees to feel valued and appreciated. I receive my medication very quick and have asked for special accommodations. I am amazed at how well these employees care for me and my prescriptions. Their communication is first class, the service is fast and efficient and in the world we live in today, as long as Caloosa Pharmacy and North Fort Myers Pharmacy is around, providing Red Carpet Customer Service, I will be a loyal customer.
