Hands down one of the worst banking experiences of my life! After 20 plus years of banking with Bank of America, I'm happy to say I've severed all ties. Nothing but constant issues and poor customer service.Trust me, even the process of closing out your accounts is challenging, let alonr time consuming. If you ever try and get print outs of your banking statements, they will make it so challenging that you'll give up. I requested a years worth of printouts, due to fraud within my accounts. To this day... they are yet to give me 1 single paper document. The next request will no longer be coming from me... it'll be from a hired professional (attorney).I should've ended my connection with this bank years ago... shame on me for staying. Good riddance!PS, I'm still awaiting my refunds for the monthly fees they withdrew from my accounts. I was told I was grandfathered in and shouldn't be charged... yet they did anyway and wouldn't stop.

Went to withdraw some cash, and we weren't even allowed to go inside. We had to wait in a line outside the front of the building!! We decided to go through the drive-thru, and that took about half an hour, but the lady helping us was nice. Really don't feel like it should have taken such a long time to get some cash out.

This is the most horrible bank I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Last Thursday, I went there with my mother. We both had basic estate planning documents prepared and they needed to be witnessed and notarized. My mother's bank advertised on their website that they witness and notarize these documents. We went there on Friday, and although the bank wasn't busy, we were turned away and told that we had to schedule an appointment to come back. We scheduled it for Monday (the earliest they had). We went back to the bank with 4 documents. Will, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Health Care Surrogate. They refused to witness the Will and Living Will for my mother and refused to do ANY of mine because I am not a customer of Bank of America. And to top it off, they kept asking my mother if she understood the documents and said they wouldn't notarize anything that said "of sound mind." Holy Mother of God!!!

BoA has no concern for long term customers. We recently had an issue where our payments were coming from another bank and they were posting 1 DAY LATE to our BoA mastercard. We called the 800 number, they said they could not reverse the 3 fees totaling $100, BUT if we went into our local Financial Center, a customer service rep would be able to reverse the fees. Let me mention, the minimum due amount on this card is $36 and we had been paying $150 every month. So we went into the branch in No Fort Myers at Pine Island & Cleveland. The client relationship manager Matthew is very polite but could not have cared less about customer relations. Their position is "tough titties, we got our $100, too bad for you". So they can keep their $100, but I will close that credit card and go with a credit union. They know how to maintain customer relationships. There are too many options out there for 0% balance transfers. Stay away from BoA.

Don't waste your time visiting this bank, especially if you have an appointment with Amanda- the business specialist, who also claims to be the manager. Rude, short with me and had no interest in helping me with the problem I set up an appointment for.

No service. Caught them LYING! Avoid.. My ATM card was compromised so I drove over to report it and get a temporary card to pay my bills today. Skyline said the single rep was tied up all day. They suggested I go to Bell Tower shops or North Fort Myers, their only other locations open on Saturday. Drove to Bell Tower shops. There they said the single rep was tied up. I asked them to call North Ft. Myers. They went to back room came back and said they set it up and my waiting period there would be 20 min. Drove to North Ft. Myers. They said nobody had called called them about me and the waiting period would be 2 hrs. which was past closing. One of the last two were obviously giving me a bold faced lie. I wasted more than 2 hours driving to all these locations and near 60 miles. I want to sue them for any late fees and credit problems incurred by their avoidance to provide a temporary card. They all tell me they are terribly backed up on Saturdays and I could see the long lines. It is obvious that not only local management but corporate management have decided to deny service to customers by not having adequate staff working as needed. I can report the fraud online but not get a temporary card. Find a bank that gives you service..

If you want quick, personal service -- such as cashing a check -- save yourself 45 minutes and go someplace else. They're working hard to get out of personal banking and I hope they succeed

Need to hire more tellers. Went on a casual Thursday around 2pm and only 1 teller. Never did I have to spend 30 mins in a line just to deposit some money.

Came in to this location on a Saturday morning to open a checking account and get a new credit card (as the first steps of joing BoA's preferred rewards program, which I highly recommend). We had to wait a bit before seeing someone, hardly something unexpected when going to a bank. Raj was the one who helped us open the account and he was extremely helpful. We had done our research ahead of time so we didn't have a ton of questions for him but he was able to answer everything we asked. All in all it was a pleasant experience despite my usual disdain for visiting a bank in person.
