They don't help at all, I needed to change a check and they didn't want to change it for no reasonBad service

Went to withdraw some cash, and we weren't even allowed to go inside. We had to wait in a line outside the front of the building!! We decided to go through the drive-thru, and that took about half an hour, but the lady helping us was nice. Really don't feel like it should have taken such a long time to get some cash out.
