Terrible, they never tell you the truth, they tell you that you are going to pay an amount and when it comes time to pay they charge you more and the advisors are haughty.

I went in there to switch from boost to metro. I was having so many issues with boost. The employees there went above and beyond to contact boost to get me everything I needed to port over to them. Juan even made sure the port was complete and took the time to contact his support so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely recommend this store. They are the best!

Horrible the girl at the counter was rude and did not want to do her job the last time they acted like our phone was stolen and wouldn’t work. But we persisted it was not and please continue and guess what here we are same phone now it just needs a new SIM card. Phone was saying there wasn’t one and she said the phone was old and we needed a new phone! I asked her to just please try the new card and guess what it worked! I understand they are just clerks and don’t have all the answers however twice in 1 year I’ve been in and they treated me like a thief and a poor person!!!

They charge you for the highest plan price plus $10 international they slip in when you sign up, The lady didn't even ask me to set up a pin or a secret question for my account, I only found out later when I called support for a problem., then 4 days later I call in and they charge me for the next month the full amount, not even deduction the auto pay amount. So they charged me for a full month when I signed up, and 4 days later support charged me for the next month.
