I just recently Used Mason's Movers for My Move From Broward County to Cape Coral, I felt it was Extremely important to write this review due to Some of the negative reviews I've seen Personally, The Professionalism of The Company & Workers I may add was over & BEYOND My expectations!!! They Sent out 2 gentlemen to my home to pack & Move me & my 4 children in an Emergency Move .. Alex & Billy worked Extremely well!!, not only getting everything out in a timely manner but also being very gentle with ALL our belongings!! Wrapped up properly & with my pricey items also giving me the option of them loading it into My truck if I wanted , they were very courteous of myself & my children!!! GREAT job guys thank you yet AGAIN!!! And I loved the fact that they're family owned & now family ran !! I would recommend them to everyone!!! We used a bigger moving company when we moved from New York to Fl & they were awful they TRULY could learn some skills & a proper bedside manner from Masons Movers !!!

The movers were very efficient and professional! Very polite and did a great job! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. The owner, Morgan, was so nice to deal with. And I love that they are a local family owned business! With very reasonable fees compared to others I checked.

I would recommend mason' s movers to anyone trying to move !!! We had Alex & Billy as our crew they were excellent !! They moved quickly & carefully we had an excellent experience with this company!!! 10 out of 10 by far !!!

I would recommend Masons Movers to anyone in need of Moving !! We just used this company yesterday for our move & they were excellent!!! Alex & Billy are an excellent team they packed our home in a few hours , moved our stuff safely & undamaged then upon getting to our new home they didn't slow their pace at all they were right on it !!! Got it done, & were courteous thee entire duration of the job !!! I'd give my experience with this company 10 stars if I could but I guess I'll have to settle for the available 5 !!! Awesome job Thank y'all!!!

This company moved my neighbor. Their moronic imbecile driver pulled their 4 ton moving van completely off the road onto my meticulously maintained lawn after two days of rain. The truck of course sank about 6-8 inches into the lawn everywhere the tires from the 30 foot long truck ran over the grass.
I called the owner and got the "title Manager of the company Morgan Langdo, who said" I don't know what you want me to do about your lawn " I will send over a few pieces of sod and you can fix it". Since this simple minded idiot has no sense of responsibility it looks like the only option is to hire a professional landscape company to repair the 300 square feet and approximately $600- $800 worth of damage and sue the owners for the repair bill. As well as to file a complaint with the better business bureau and to post warnings to the public on the internet to find a company at least whose owners have some degree of intelligence and responsibility even if their employees do not. Masons Movers obviously is not that company. No wonder they choose to operate an unmarked truck in violation of Florida Regulations for intrastste moving companies mandated by the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer affairs. They had better at least have their required liability insurance coverage or they will soon be receiving a cease and desist order from the state if I can help it.

They never showed up, never returned phone calls asking when they would arrive. This totally blew our schedule for moving my wife's aunt, a big deal since we traveled here from out of state to help her.

On last Friday (6/24/16), I called Mason's Moving to get a quote on moving an Entertainment Center from Ft. Myers to Cape Coral. As a result, I was told it would be a flat fee of $150. However, I was charged $175! When I asked about the additional $25, I was told the job went over by 15 minutes. I was quoted a flat-fee of $150; when was the job converted to an hourly rate? I was so upset that I filed complaints with Consumer Services and The Better Business Bureau.

My wife and i used this company for our last two moves and had a great experience both times.They arrived on time & called before they arrived, the movers they sent were courteous and respectful to my wife & mother-in-law. I would reccomend to any who have moving needs. Great Pricing Great Workers.
