Just a note to people to be very careful working with these people! The product is a good price but the communication is horrible! We understand hurricanes of course will set you back on a time frame from being completed however our product was due to be completed before the hurricane...we were told it would be ready 4 different times and they didn't call or show up with it as they said!
We just moved here and have had bad experiences with 90% of the retailers here with making promises and not not following through! We also had made arrangements with this company to use one of their people to help install our product in our home at an agreed price and they did deliver our product but just left it here...no installation at all. Now we need to of course figure out who can finish this project for us! We are all so sick of everyone we talked to saying WELL THATS JUST FLORIDA! Can't let this keep happening to the consumer! So I believe in reviews and we look them all over before using a company!

Called because their own website says 20% off ALL kitchen cabinets to hurricane victims. I called to get a price and was told I could get 10% off since I was only going to buy 3 cabinets and she basically said I was lucky to get that.

I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately, this one has to be public. At the beginning of July, I came in and purchased a bathroom vanity and countertop. When I came in the store to purchase, she showed me the countertops and cabinets I would be receiving. I said okay, and paid in full. I didn’t know the exact measurement so I told her that I would let her know in the next couple of days, which I did and she said no worries. It was just supposed to be a tad bit shorter. They told me that the counter would be ready in 3 to 4 weeks, no problem. About 6 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything from them and reached out. Even though I text the sales person, they said sorry we have no record of that, but we can make that happen. In the meantime, I reached out a couple more times and they assured me that everything was being taken care of. I finally went into pick up my vanity/countertop when they told me it was ready on September 23rd. I walk in the lady tells me the old measurement; so I correct her and say actually it was supposed to be changed. They said oh yeah yeah yeah we changed it. No worries. Pick up the cabinet. Bring it home to where I have a measuring tape just to realize that they never fixed the issue. On top of that when I arrived, the quartz looked much different than what I was shown and took a photo of upon purchasing. I didn’t say anything when I was in store because there had been so much back-and-forth and it was just uncomfortable at this point. So now I am stuck with a quartz countertop that doesn’t fit my bathroom and is not the same quartz that I was offered when I purchased it both huge issues. I was going to remodel my kitchen cabinets with them, but because of this experience, I will not and I can not recommend them to anyone else.
Photo of countertop that was supposed to be 59 inches and is 59 1/2, and because my countertop does not fit between the two walls at that length, I will have to figure out how to move forward.
Additionally, the other photo is of the quartz I was offered, and that does not match what I received.

Totally Unsatisfied; Would not Recommend
I highly recommend that you stay far away from this company. What we thought was going to be a pleasant experience, turned into a nightmare once payment was made in full! First and foremost, there is nothing “custom” about them stating they are a “custom made” cabinet company. They DO NOT come out and measure so be sure you measure yourself appropriately. Even though you give them the correct measurements and they draw up the plan, the granite countertop was still not the correct measurement and our other granite countertop had huge chunks missing from it. They had to pick up both with much hesitation and re-order (which takes forever). I have an issue with
Background: I chose to work with ABC Liquidation after going in and speaking with their saleswoman. I was particularly interested in their claimed ability to deliver timely service (cabinets) with professional and capable design support. A bonus, I thought, was that they could meet my custom designs.
Reality: In my case, working with ABC Liquidation was a disaster -- I received unprofessional service after paying in full up front including, zero to spotty support, follow-up, and follow-through. There was no consideration to my timelines or returning of messages. I had to plead for answers on timeline and extended wait times (total of almost 4 months for bits and pieces). Finally, I was appalled by the rudeness and disregard for customer satisfaction/service by the owner, Peter as well as the designer, Lee.
Particulars: On our first visit (December 4, 2023), I selected cabinets for two bathrooms (one single vanity and one double vanity), granite counters for each bathroom. I provided a number of pictures of the two bathrooms and measurements. Lee and I looked at several granite counter samples in their showroom. She provided the costs of both bathrooms. Sitting at her desk, Lee roughly figured the cost of the cabinets and counters based on my measurements which was approximately $3700 range. I was so confident that all would work out well, that I provided a check for the purchase of cabinets, and counters in full as required with the understanding we could not get cabinets until January. This also did NOT include installation. Due to what I thought at the time was great customer service, we decided to also move forward and order cabinets for our kitchen on 12-14-23 and that cost was $6504.
Our cabinets were supposed to be delivered on 1/10/24-they came on 1-11-24 (no biggie) without the countertops. We received (bathroom) countertops shortly after and by 1-23-24, I reached out to Lee to find out when someone would be coming out as promised since the holes in the granite were incorrect with our new faucets that we ordered and she stated she would get back to me. Fast forward to 2-28-24 and THEY still HAVE NOT come to get countertops to fix, (we have discovered that one of them were too short and the other had huge chunks missing on the one side where the sinks go. I received messages from Lee that they are too short on help, there is an emergency with the owner’s wife, ALWAYS an excuse. On 2-29-24 they came to pick up the countertops since my husband had to go in and raise hell. It is now 3/27/24 and we are still waiting for our countertop to be delivered. Christina from ABC called on 3/26/24 and stated it will be delivered on 3/27 between 10:30am and 1PM. NOTHING-after two phone calls on 3/27, my husband called them and now will be delivered on Friday 3/29. The delivery and pick up guys were completely unprofessional and even spoke unpleasantly of their managers.
When going in and speaking to Peter (owner) in February, there was no apology for the poor service, nor any acknowledgement or assurances that he was going to help get my project back on track. He simply stated he would look into it and had no idea who we were or what countertops were missing. It has taken almost three months to get anything back as promised

I purchased all new kitchen cabinets, two bathroom vanities and a linen cabinet from ABC liquidation in October. I was told it would take 30 days for cabinets to arrive, it was six weeks before they were in, and when they delivered them the cabinets weren't correct; I was missing several, received several others that were the wrong size. Lee was really kind in helping me get the correct cabinets but it was one delay after another with zero communication. I didn't get everything until December 22nd.
Communication was severely lacking, they don't reach out proactively or return calls, I had to call repeatedly to get information, and as others have said, their manager is HORRIBLE, she was extremely rude to me and my mother. Peter, the owner, was very kind but the whole place seemed very disorganized. I reached out because the final vanity top I received is incorrect (the sink is cut in the middle of the top but the vanity has drawers on one side so it needs to be off-set). I never heard back.
Please don't give full payment until you receive your full order or you may never get it. I had to purchase a vanity top elsewhere, costing me hundreds extra because of their mess up.

The best staff ever! Had to rebuild from the hurricane! Ad they helped me put our kitchen back together and went the extra mile to alter a cabinet front to fit my cooktop! Thanks for being so helpful and prompt!

Tried to cancel order fully paid with eta end of month. First no cancelation option and then a restocking fee not stated anywhere in the invoice that I have to take a picture because they were out of ink to print one for me. From the beginning didn't feel right not even taxes charged. Now we wait for the credit card charge back.

I purchased a white shaker cabinet set from Abc and did the order and we tried to lay it out for about an hour. She was very busy so the measurements came out wrong which is fine. I am a contractor, so I receive my cabinets reasonably quick they build them once my installer got to the job we realize we had 4 cabinets too many so my installer went back and explain to them that we have too many cabinets. They took them back in and said they would give me the right cabinets. They told me they would be in the following day or the next day I have called four times leaving messages with someone that keeps telling me they’re going to call me back which they don’t. This is the job that needs to be finished because I’m waiting for the carpet layers and I’m going on vacation so this morning I go in and she’s on the phone immediately hyper as usual. She says “I’m on the phone” and I have said I understand but you were supposed to call me back four different times, so it escalated from there into an argument and then another guy walked out from the back and I explain to him what was going on. He took some notes and the boss was supposed to call me back which he didn’t. I had called the sells girl 4 times and every time she was hateful . I just feel like this is an ongoing problem with other people and I don’t normally leave reviews usually I just let it go but because this escalated in such a problem once you purchase the product it’s like nobody wants to help you’ll be on that point I’m not the only one I talk to somebody else about the same thing and for me the credit on the cabinets I would’ve just let it ride until the next kitchen but I won’t be doing business with them again.

They sell cabinets, blankets, cologne, and shoes. Nothing like what was advertised. I was so excited to go there and I was so disappointed as soon as I opened the door.

If you order special vanities know that they can take 6-9 weeks. Good thing our project got delayed. Lee did a great job trying to find out how long it would take. Catherine asked just the right questions to find out what we would like. Being special ordered it took longer than we thought. Other than a few blemishes they look beautiful. Will post pics once bathrooms are finished.
