“I was freaking out cuz I only read part of my renewal email and thought it was good to go until a friend told me nope you have to call to keep them. I called today and spoke with David Smith and that man is awesome. He said I wasn't late calling in like I thought I was and was very patient answering my questions. He asked if I have received me insurance cards and I said not sure cuz checking my mail box is another thing I slack at. He told me no worries and emailed them to me.
