We're going to this specific laundromat for almost three years now and it went from 5 stars to 1 star (wish there would be a 0 star option). It seems like the owner changed. We realized over the last few months that the machines are really dirty and malfunctioning machines are no longer labeled as a warning not to be used until repaired. The new staff is unbelievable unhelpful and unfriendly. They simply don't care if there is a problem with a machine that you chose including lost money and/or laundry detergent you just put into the broken machine. It seems like there are lots of cameras around the property but the inside falls apart. You lost some regular customers today.

We come here every week and each week this place is falling apart. Last week power surge & customers waited hours til fixed as their clothes stuck in washers.Tonight the machine #11 4 load washer failed to wash our clothes. We used card to pay, heavy $8.00 approved and hit start. Spin then stop & spun again few more times then stopped for good. We checked washer after time to be done and see message FL E and open door, clothes are all dry, never washed. No one here to help or no number to call for help. Tried to send email but it's a failed email address. We had to use another machine & use more money to wash our clothes. Please advise how we can get reimbursed for washer that failed.

The workers are amazing no matter if it's hot or not they are always helping and if any machine eats your money they are the 1st to replace? your lost money and get the machine to work. I love this place. It's one of the biggest In Lee County Also . A+++++++

This place went WAY down. No available attendants so no way to purchase laundry products, no AC when it's 108 out, no more AC lounge room, no more bathrooms-even the sink doesnt work, only four total laundry carts when there's like over 20 people here, and tvs are all Off, Boo. Had to sit outside in my vehicle for any type of comfort. Never coming here again. Do not recommend!

This is by far the worse laundry mat I have ever been to first two of the washers we use flood ok fine it happen I understand they rerun the washers next we go to the dryers the dryers didn’t dry the clothes had to dry the clothes atleast 4 times for them to dry over 45 mins in drying next we are taking the clothes out of the dryer the washers didn’t wash none of the clothing we had all the clothes still had soap on them smelt dirty still just the worse service I have ever had I have more clothes I did t take a picture of that has soap all over them my clothes are literally the color of the soap pods I’ve tried to call to talk to somebody and can’t get thru

Laundromat is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Attendants are on site 8:30-6:30 daily.

The washers aren't getting cleaned like they use to do they smell of mildew. I'd tell someone but there's no longer an attendant past 5 pm. 3 weeks in a row there's been no one there and the room is locked up.

I don’t mind using this laundromat but when I’m told that they have gone back to the 24 hours open, and I try calling to confirm it is open at 7pm and no one responds, it’s a bit frustrating ??♀️. Are you open 24 hours or not please??

Very good place to wash dry or get wash dry fold service clean safe pay with credit debit card or coins must have last load started at 7:20 pm has a soda candy machine also convenient location

I love this laundry mat. But you have to be careful with the dryers some of them will not stay shut and if your not in there to watch them.. they will pop open and your time will run out and your clothes are still wet. Other then that I love that they have 80 lbs washer for 10.75. makes things along easier for me
