I had to get my blood work done and once she took the needle out. She didn’t put any pressure on my vein and I bleed out a bit. She said I’ll be fine. I got up and start walking down some ales I started bleeding out more. I almost passed out. I didn’t have fast for this blood drawn either.

Had to get test supplies ordered by my MD. I did not have an appointment but the technician was kind enough to get everything put together for me and explain the process. A good first time experience.

No issues during my walk in on a Monday at 1pm. 5min wait. Friendly staff. Didn't feel the poke at all. Couldn't have asked for a better visit. They no longer do drug testing, maybe that's had a positive impact...

Rude workers. I was here 4 months ago and the sweetest two ladies were working. Today the woman screamed something out the door (a name that no one understood) then got angry that the elderly man didn’t reply. I have lots of blood work done no issues but she HURT when drawing blood. Go somewhere else.

Don't waste your time or gas trying to complete a drug test for work, apparently they don't do it.Would be nice to have it posted on the website instead of on a piece of paper at the back of the store.

The phlebotomists at the Walgreen/Labcorp in NFM are very friendly and professional. I have been there multiple times and have always been treated very well!

Louise is the worst employee here. Extremely rude. Does not have any customer service skills and seems to hate her job. Never had a bad experience till now with this labcorp until now

The attitude of Louise and the Spanish lady are just unacceptable. I'm just here to get blood drawn. Give me a break. They're customer service training needs to be redone starting at the beginning. So hostile.

Only had a problem once when they first opened. Im able to get appointment on line. They have taken me innwith short wait. They are busy sometimes but get you threw. The lady who is always tt Here when I am get my blood without difficulty when I have had problems before at other places. Im just still trying to figure out how to obtain my results through a patient portal site. Doctors off did receive my labs okay.

I had the same woman 2 different times do my labs and both times she was very rude so if she has a bad day every day she either needs to keep her bad day at the door or change her job to something that doesn't have working with not only the public but obviously people with health concerns. Like people aren't going through enough with whatever reason they are there for and then have to do with a lab employee like her! When I told my coworker she knew EXACTLY who I was talking about!!!!

I can’t say anything good about this Labcorp!! Been here about 1 hour, technician says they didn’t receive faxed orders for blood work. dr sent them 3 times. First confirmation was at 10:12 this morning it’s now. 2:40 pm. The attitudes by the technicians are the worst I’ve ever experienced

Signed in at 2:20, at 2:35 she comes out and tells me “we don’t do drug screens after 2:30”I said I’ve been waiting since 2:20, blank stare, then “sorry” Great customer service Labcorp.
