I have been going here for over 7 years. Maranda does a great job every time. She adds highlights and lowlights to my hair and she cuts it. She listens to what I want and makes recommendations, if needed. She is always on time and very friendly. I drive 30 minutes, each way, to go see her. I highly recommend her.Services: Haircut

Had my hair done today at Kerr salons. Maranda did an awesome job.. I had my hair colored, washed, blow dried, and curled. The price was very reasonable. Her Salon is decorated very nicely also. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Always smiling. I highly recommend to everyone.

Called multiple times and no one EVER picks up. Decided to leave a voice mail, they called back and left me a message. Finally got a hold of someone and they were completely booked for almost a month. Fine, I still scheduled for the next opening and I told them to call me ASAP if there were any cancellations. After a week no cancellations I called back to ask for a confirmation of my appointment. I never received anything the week before. So I finally get a confirmation text. Then I get there on time for my appointment and she proceeds to tell me that it was their mistake, that I'm scheduled an hr later! Then she asks me if I would wait for an hour!!! Seriously! Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone. no compensation was even offered due to their error. Stay clear of this place! Waste of time!
