“Initially I visited the T-mobile store on Hancock and was asked to wait for a rep to assist on upgrading my phones. I waited for an 1hr to then be told that the phones were not in stock. I asked the representative if she would be so kind and check the inventory on another store. She said she could not but she could order the phones to be shipped to my home. I smelled commission vibes hence why she did not want to call another store for inventory. I didn’t get a helpful personality to begin with.
Since I was on a mission to get my phone upgrades, I left that store and called a nearby store. A rep by the name of Kathy answered and confirmed she had the phones in stock. I arrived at the location and met with Kathy. What a helpful person Kathy was from the first hello. She was very informative and possessed great customer service. She got all the data on the phones transferred and phones ready to use immediately. The manager at that location was very helpful as well. Didn’t get his name. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Thank you Kathy!”

“I was very happy with the service I received from this location. This was the only Verizon store that had a rep who would call the toll-free number with me to get help with my phone instead of sending me home with the toll-free number. The rep was very knowledgeable and courteous and because he punched in some numbers while we were waiting, the wait time to reach the insurance company for my phone wasn't long at all. We all talked to the insurance rep about replacing my phone and within a few days my phone was shipped to my house. Other stores should take notes from the rep who helped me as to how to do customer service well. The drive is over a half hour away and I happened to be near this store because of appointments I wouldn't mind doing this drive from home just to go to this store again if I have issues. Thank you for your help.”
“I want to thank Mike who took a whole hour while in store talking to corporate customer service to resolve a convoluted issue. He understood the issue and treated it promptly. While it took an hour, I told him it would’ve probably taken me 2 whole days to resolve it and even then I wouldn’t have gotten to the bottom of it. Way to go, Mike!”
“Don't bother trying to connect with xfinity on the phone. It's a nightmare. Just go on line and make an appointment and go here. Nice, competent staff. Clean store. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Got to speak to a real person who speaks English. Solved my issues. Highly recommend!”
“I want to modify my review because I appreciate the reply I got back. I've been to this location three other times and each time I was sent away to call the toll-free number on my own. I didn't appreciate that because I would drive from my house to here so I could get face-to-face help.

My daughter's phone got wet and we ended up having to get it replaced. Tess took great care of us. She was very patient with our questions and understanding. She did everything she could on her end but ended up giving us a number and website, fortunately, my daughter's phone is getting shipped the very next day. I wish more tech issues can be handled at the store instead of having go have phones shipped or handled by Asurion or another company, but it is what it is. Overall I'm very happy with our service with Tess and this store.”
“Service at this particular location was shockingly good highly friendly highly efficient. I had a piece of equipment I was supposed to return to them last July this is now March we're coming up on a year late and they took the equipment back and credited me $120 without question. The store is pristine clean looks like the day they Grand opened it. Highly recommend this location!”
