“We were frantically trying to find a place at the last minute and was able to book a room in this Holiday Inn property. After reading the negative reviews on Yelp, we thought we made a huge mistake! This room was nothing like it was described in many of the reviews. The room was clean, the hallways were immaculate and didn't smell like smoke or pot. The bathroom was clean and supplied with plenty of toiletries and fluffy white towels. There was a refrigerator with a freezer component which we used to our satisfaction. The room was also supplied with a microwave and a coffee pot, and both were in fine working order. I'm baffled by the reviews that this hotel got. I do respect and heed the advice of many of the people who review places on yelp, but for some reason I am mystified by these negative comments. I would definitely go back there.”

“Very friendly and the room I had was very clean beds have new mattress yes I checked, bathroom is clean even though they could wipe down the tile walls there nice keep them clean ? microwave, small fridge , coffee maker and a very nice body soap and shampoo ,They have a nice swimming pool also . The outside looks a bit rough still since they took a big hit from the hurricane but it does look like they are doing outside repairs still a lot of rooms all being redone Still worth the stay I slept GreatSafety: I'm a single female traveler I felt very safeFood & drinks: Couple restaurants near and a Racetrack gas station right next door”
