New owner kept my items, never returned it. He claimed the old owners kept my stuff and that’s not true. He probably kept everything from the clients of the old owners and now he doesn’t want to be responsible. And that’s is not what the old owners informed me when they were about to close. I am taking this to court.

I was lured in by the coupon for a free watch battery, but it turned out the watch stopped running because the movement inside was bad. The employee broke the crystal trying to close the back, so they sent it to their jeweler to fix. When it came back he had not only replaced the crystal, but put in a battery and new movement so now the watch runs perfectly. They didn't charge for anything! That's the way to run a business - real customer care!

This is how business used to be run, went in for a new watch band. Woman actually fixed by band didn’t charge me a thing. I know where I will recommend anyone I talk to and will be doing by business in the future.One happy customer.

Great service.. Got a loan.. Came back the next day to get my stuff. The interest was $150 for the loan.. I said easy money for a 1 day loan! the owner was so nice, she knocked off $50 of interest without any hesitation!! I didnt even ask! What a pleasure to deal with people that actually care about there customers!! Thank you Gold Miner!

Some shops are snappy and rude over the phone. I've had great experiences through this shop buying and selling Silver and Jewelry. I found that they have firearms aswell, they've got a customer out of me. Great shop! Keep up the good and honest work.

I used to do business with them however, I brought in my two carat (over $8,000) diamond solitaire. I borrowed $600 on it. When I returned to get it with over $2,000 the lady behind the counter said since I didn't have the slip she wouldn't let me buy it back. I had I .D so there was no reason to not give it back. I would not recommend this place. They WILL steal your items. BEWARE!! !

I went to pawn my jewelry and I was making my monthly payments when on one of those pay days the daughter of the owner , (thats the tall girl right there on the picture ) told me that they had made enough money from me and told me not to worry about making anymore payments to instead save it every month and when I had the amount needed to take my jewelry out to come back and she would give it to me... I found this strange and asked her if she was sure about this , but I thank her for been so kind and left, saved my money and than went back to get it .... but this time the mother took cared of me, she said her daughter had not made any notation on the computer and accused of me of lying and of not making my payments even when I was making them every month and told me they no longer had my items.. that if she found them she would call me back which never happened.. so basically they are a bunch of thieves who lied to me and tricked into not making payments to steel my jewelry... so be careful with this people .. they are deceitful ,unkind , liars .. I hope they rot in hell.
