“I went in there to switch from boost to metro. I was having so many issues with boost. The employees there went above and beyond to contact boost to get me everything I needed to port over to them. Juan even made sure the port was complete and took the time to contact his support so I wouldn’t have to return. I would definitely recommend this store. They are the best!”

“This is a must have on state road 31 it is the only store that is opened 24/7 perfect for surrounding homes and neighborhoods and it has anything and everything you need from sunlight night snacks to afternoon lunch”
“The woman Ashley that works there is very knowledgeable and helps you to find the best plan and phone assiocated with that plan. I have had no bad experiences at this store. And you cant beat metros prices on everything they got it going on. You should check them out get more bang for your buck. And make sure you ask for Ashley she is a sweetheart”
“While this place does have its flaws, especially at night (I stopped going there at night because of poor/useless staffing during those times, thus the 4 stars), and the food selection is rather spotty at times. But considering this is my local 7-11, the morning and midafternoon staff and quality is great. Almost always get my coffee there when I’m out of K-Cups, as they have the best coffee bar selection from any gas station I’ve seen in the state. Only gas station left that carries those stok coffee shots on a regular basis and a wide selection of creamers and coffee selections. I seldomly play the lottery, but if I do, I go there as well. They also have some of the hardest, nicest workers as well. A very caring manager, and they are more than willing to listen and forward any feedback I give. I don’t understand some of the negative feedbacks given here. As they don’t make any sense at times.”

“Yris in customer service was very helpful when my husband's phone would not turn on. She took care of him when he got the phone in September 2023 and knew it should be covered by Motorola's warranty. She was able to print off the receipt with IMEI number and stayed with us while we called Motorola. She was very helpful and is an asset to Cricket. Thank you Yris”
