Called for a job on Friday took my information. Instructed me to call back Monday which is today… i called asked to speak to her she gets on the phone and here’s her response “YOU CANT KEEP CALLING EVERYDAY ITS ANNOYING WE WILL CALL WHEN JOBS ARE AVAILABLE” keep in mind shes the one who tells me to call back the previous times and also never mentioned anything about them not hiring. Had she said something first call i wouldn’t have called back but she insisted me to but then when i call im getting yelled at… this is the manager by the way it’s pathetic as hell.

Today I was in the store and the cashier was being rude to a older gentleman who couldn't hear her. So I said that was kind of rude you don't have to have an attitude with people then her manager comes out and starts to yell at me saying I was on the camera she had no attitude then proceeds to tell me to shut up and she's going to call the police on me I refuses to sell me my items. Then the lady behind me agrees and said you are being kind of rude she then refuses to sell her her items and tell us we both are going to be banned from the store. I was very nice and calm I did not say or do anything that was rude or irrational. I then told her yes we are going to talk to the police and I will wait because the way you're acting is not okay. Damn she proceeds to yell at the police and says that they are yelling at her. This manager escalated things when she didn't have to. The girl at the registered apologized and she didn't have to escalate things after the girls apology but she had to come out and prove her Point get two people banned from the store that come there all the time period she was condescending rude and tell people to shut up and also called me stupid. There is a lot of people in that line that agreed with what I did. This manager does not know what she's doing she's very rude and touchy-feely with the young girls there too

I have been going to this store for 7 years. The girls were always sweet and respectful until we ran into "Bonnie" new manager. She is a train wreck and does not belong in any customer service role especially leadership role. She has a very bad attitude and does not reflect any customer service skills. She barked at me for moving cart of boxes and was very threatening. Very bad leadership. She really enjoys her authority too much. I don't like writing bad reviews and never once wanted anyone fired but she is the exception. I have contacted Corporate and her district manager. Horrible woman who likes humiliating customers.

Went there today June 26th. Empty shelves, boxes everywhere and no merchandise. This place is horrible.

I had a full cart of merchandise was about to check out. I felt sick to my stomach and asked for the key to the restroom and was told the manager told her not to give anybody the key. I left the cart of merchandise and walked out. Also this use to be a very clean store. Our city dump looks better and smells better than this store. And the customer service SUCKS!!!!!!

Just now on may 24 at 6:14 I came in with my husband and asked a worker where the bottle openers were, she pointed us to a direction. When we got to the Ile we didn't see any so we thought she didn't hear us well. Then we asked the cashier Incase it was a miscommunication but the first lady we asked yelled incredibly rudely "if you didn't find it it ain't here". Awful customer service, I worked at dollar tree before and one of the first questions it asked was if you're good with people. She definitely was not. The cashier was very nice though, just the stocker wasn't. There was no reason to be extremely rude.

Very much selling alot of air. Dissapointed in this one compared to the one near my old house.I went for basic items, that they should have had. But unfortunately was met with alot of empty shelving and hooks
