Do not consign items here. I dropped off really nice stuff and when I returned to pick the items up I was told that one of my items ( nicest of them) conveniently had been misplaced. There was no apology so I picked a jumper off the rack assuming a decent business would replace a lost item right? you would think that would be the least they could do, she had the audacity to charge me! I wish I would have read the reviews before I consigned as I see now it's a very common "mishap". Hope my review helps the next person make a better desicion.

Took a friend to N Del Prado location for her first time Monday @ 4pm and there was a note on the door that they had closed early! Called Wed. to make sure they were open. Website phone number goes to a machine, not either store. Not helpful!! Arrived at Hancock location and was greeted with "you have exactly seven minutes" Also had forgotten that location does not take in consignments.
I too am one who's items were gone when I came to pick them up. This is starting to cost me not a way to make a little money
Guess good help is hard to find

(-5 STARS IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO PUT) I dropped off items over 3 months ago, according to there own policy and the paper you sign, they will give you a call back after 3 months to inform you what you made and then also return the items you want back… well. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve called over 10 times in the last month, left 10 messages, played nice and STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED A CALL BACK ABOUT MY ITEMS. The items I wanted returned all have original tags and is well over $500. I’ve had to now reach out to my attorney and the Federal Business Bureau due to their lack of professionalism. Pissed is an understatement. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO SHOP OR “SELL”, the entire thing (I will not call it a business at this point is a HUGE SCAM)!

Absolutely the most thoughtful owner (really wish there were more people like her in this world) and the lady that was working the day I went in was amazing and helped me alot!!! Truly blessed by Ditto Boutique in a time of help.

Just sitting here cutting the tags off of all the sweet buys I found at the North Fort Myers and Cape Coral stores. If you are looking for a consignment shop for buying or selling, I highly recommend Ditto 1 and Ditto 2. I am so looking forward to shopping here again. Thank you Tracey for making the shopping a fun dress up affair! I have not played dress up for about 52 years or more!???

Called 3 times to correct a purchase no return to my phone message and I was calling cause my card did not go through and credit card company said it was a problem on their end. I made an extra trip one to their sister store that was not interested in helping me so I had to travel far away from me to settle the problem. I had been looking at clothes when I said I liked this bag but did not know it was worn till later. Picture below. Their add says they only except quality things. Not sure why this bag was on display. Now even with a discount I'm not sure I'll buy any more. The sales lady Sarah was good but after seeing the ware don't understand the price paid.

The store is fine but too expensive for what it is. Staff has been friendly but I have never found any. Store caters to more mature women. I would not consider this a juniors store what so ever. I gave up and lost interest in the store all together.
