Walked in the front door. There was absolutely nobody there. I could have robbed the place... Walk all the way back to the pharmacy. One employee looked at me and walked away. . Walked up to the pharmacy. There was one person there. They didn't say nothing to me so I walked out... Don't go to this CVS

The girls from the pharmacy was very rude with I arrived to pick my daughter antibiotics from 30milles away driving and at 1:25 when it was still open she ask me if I need something and when I said pick up . she told me: “we are going to close come back at 2pm” and she closed the window on my face .

Mom needed to go to a CVS on our errand so we stopped in here. I managed to use the ATM in the front area as it's in network and now I have some cash. She had to check out the cosmetics and now she has a new eyebrow pencil. The store is well stocked and clean. There was no trash in the parking lot and there was no merchandise or litter on the ground. Only one person seemed to be working the front half of the store - they have some sort of motion detector at the register to let her know that you need help. Very indicative of staffing issues!

ALWAYS BEHIND! RUDE about being behind like I'm the inconvenience. I was told that she would have my amoxicylin and ibrophen ready by 10am the next business day because she was too busy to fill in 3hrs same day. When I called at 10:40 the next day(40min after they open) my prescription was still not ready. The pharmacist told me about 30min. When I went I to pick them up, the same employee as the day before (Lauren) said she could refuse to give me my medicine. CVS, we are patients, not customers. Please demand compassion from your employees. The humanity from this pharmacy is absolutely nonexistent. I'm sure that 9 out of 10 patients coming to the pharmacy do not feel well.Lauren, you are what is wrong with the world today! You are not entitled to receive money from an employer just to be there and dictate your own rules and withhold medicine prescribed by a doctor. How many years of college have you graduated from to decide who gets their prescriptions over the doctor that prescribed it?

I have always received the best of service at this CVS store. The employees are always friendly and respectful towards me. Anytime I have requested refills on prescription, they get on it right away.

In the last 2 weeks Peggy "helped" me. I went up the counter to be checked out, the first thing she said was, "WHY DIDN'T YOU USE THE SELF CHECK OUT?" with a very rude and arrogant tone of voice. I said," I tried to use it but when I tried to use it it froze up on me and I ended up having to ring the bell for help anyway. So I didn't think I should try it again. I use the self checkout at Walmart and at Publix when it's available, I have no problem whatsoever. But when I try using the CVS it would not scan my care card. Anyway that's neither here nor there she's a customer service representative she needs to know the customers come first and how to engage properly .The first time I let it go because she was new and since i shop there very often.Yesterday I went in to buy moisturizer because I wanted to use my 40% off one item reward. As I was approaching the counter, Peggy was. coming up to help me and I use the word help again loosely, I asked her to if she could please scan the moisturizer price for me because I know that if they're on sale I won't receive the 40% off one item. The first thing she said to me that time was in a very rude and ugly tone "Isn't the price underneath it on the Shelf? And of course there was a price but the description of the price and the item I wanted didn't match so I wanted to make sure it was the right thing because it was not on sale and it was one of the items I could receive my 40% off of. But I asked her I said "why are you always so nasty? She said "I'm not always nasty," I said "yes you are every time I've come in here and you've helped me."you've been nasty . . I DIDN'T talk to her anymore then she kind of condescendily said well have a nice day or some ridiculous thing with that with a condescending toneI didn't say one word back to her. This is a CVS it's a mile down the road from my house and I absolutely love to shop here but she's ruining it for me and if I walk in and I see her and there's nobody else that can help me I'm walking right out the door. I'm 67 year old woman going to be 68 next month and I need some helpwith some things and she's NOT a customer service oriented person and God Only Knows Why she was put in it as assistant manager cashier or something assistant with the word manager in front of it. I really thanks she needs to be retrained before she chases customers off to across the street to Walgreens.
