Horrible experience! I took a new phone in the" lady" informed me she would not help me unless I bought a phone from her because she works on commission . I was with Cricket with no issues for 9 years until this so now I am with Metro.

Yris in customer service was very helpful when my husband's phone would not turn on. She took care of him when he got the phone in September 2023 and knew it should be covered by Motorola's warranty. She was able to print off the receipt with IMEI number and stayed with us while we called Motorola. She was very helpful and is an asset to Cricket. Thank you Yris

tried to get my phone unlocked for 3 days , went to the N Ft Myers store & Yris helped me in a matter of minutes . She was extemely helpful & I truly apprecoate her help. She iss an asset to this store . No one else was able to help me .....THANK YOU Yris !

It appears open on Sundays before 12 pm and it is not true, one makes the 30 minute trip and finds it closed.

Absolutely phenomenal help! For the past week I have been struggling with my mint mobile service- calling for eight hours at a time only to be told IT would call but they never did. My dad suggested cricket wireless and that i should go to a store as a last resort and switch my plan. Yris, my hero, was a new employee, but she didn’t shy away from the problem when i explained it to her, as she helped three other customers she not only transferred my number but she set me up with a cheap and fast data plan! When my phone finally started to work we cheered and celebrated! Thank you Yris for showing me anything’s possible!
